Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Đukanović održaće danas na Cetinju godišnju konferenciju za medije na kojoj će saopštitu svoju odluku u vezi potpisivanja izmjena Zakona o tužilaštvu koje je usvojila Skupština. 

On je najavio da njegov pravni tim analizira izmjene koje su usvojene u Skupštini Crne Gore.

“Moji pravni savjetnici pažljivo sagledavaju uslove za potpisivanje donešenog Zakona o državnom tužilaštvu. Večeras, nakon povratka u Crnu Goru, pogledaću šta je njihovo stručno stanovište i tokom sjutrašnjeg dana donijeti odluku za koju mogu sa sigurnošću da vam kažem da će biti u skladu sa Ustavom Crne Gore”, rekao je Đukanović juče odgovarajući na novinarsko pitanje tokom press konferencije u Briselu.

Izmjene Zakona o tužilaštvu koje je je usvojila parlamentarna većina na čelu sa Demokratskim frontom, podrazumijevaju promjenu sastava Tužilačkog savjeta, a čime se otvara put za smjenu čelnika Vrhovnog državnog tužilaštva i Specijalnog tužilaštva za organizovani kriminal i korupcijuOd promjene vlasti na parlamentarnim izborima održanim u avgustu prošle godine, jedan od prioriteta nove vlasti je bila smjena čelnika tužilaštva, kako bi otpočela konkretna borba protiv organizovanog kriminala i korupcije.

Na smjeni, konkretno Glavnog specijalnog tužioca Milivoja Katnića je insistirao Demokratski front, čije je čelnike krivično gonilo upravo Specijalno tužilaštvo Milivoja Katnića, za krivična djela u sudskom procesu “državni udar” i navodno pranje novca.

Da bi izmjene Zakona o državnom tužilaštvu stupile na snagu i bile primjenjene, neophodno je da usvojene izmjene u Skupštini potpiše predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Đukanović.

Ukoliko predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Đukanović odbije da potpiše usvojene izmjene Zakona o državnom tužilaštvu, to će samo odložiti njihovo stupanje na snagu.

Prema proceduri, ukoliko nije saglasan sa zakonom, Predsjednik ga vraća parlamentu na odlučivanje, uz obrazloženje.

Međutim, ukoliko parlament ponovo izglasa zakon, on je obavezan da ga potpiše.
