ĐUKANOVIĆ ODBIO DA POTPIŠE TUŽILAČKE ZAKONE: “Ruše se temeljni demokratski principi i partnerstvo sa EU”
Predsjednik države Crne Gore Milo Đukanović rekao je danas da neće potpisati Izmjene zakona o državnom tužilaštvu koje Skupština usvojila prošle nedjelje.
Skupština je glasovima vladajuće većine usvojila izmjene tužilačkih zakona 12. maja, a kako bi stupile na snagu potrebno je da ih potpiše predsjednik .
U ovom slučaju, parlament će ponovo glasati o ovom zakonskom tekstu, nakon čega će, ukoiko bude usvijen, Đukanović biti u obavezi da ga potpiše.
“Danas ću vratiti tužilačke zakone parlamentu na ponovno odlučivanje”, najavio je Đukanović na godišnjoj konferenciji za novinare održanoj na Cetinju.
Ovim zakonima je, kako je ocijenio, ugrožen ustavno pravni sistem Crne Gore.
“Ustav predviđa podiljeni sistem vlasti, ali ne predviđa kontrolu nad sudskom vlasti, ruše se temeljni demokratski pricnipi ruši se partnerstvo sa EU”, istakao je on.
Podsjetio je da je Venecijanska komisija u dva navrata jasno saopštila primjedbe na intenciju koju su nudila dva tužilačka zakona.
Smatra da nova većina želi da nađe nekog ko će nastaviti sa brutalnim revanšizmom i to nije dobro za Crnu Goru.
