“Država je izigrana i neko je kršio propise, neka POKUPE MATERIJAL, radova NEĆE BITI”

Mještani Bara Kraljskih i Rečina ponovo su se okupili i protestovali ne bi li spriječili izgradnju mini-hidroelektrana u kolašinskim selima.

Kako je kazao mještanin Vladmir Novović, na projektima mHE u Barama Kraljskim „država je izigrana i neko je kršio propise“.

Prema njegovim riječima, to što se „dokumentacija ne slaže sa stanjem na terenu, sasvim je dovoljan razlog da se pokrene proces prekida koncesionih ugovora“ .

“Zastiđe je što neko drugo ministarstvo Ministarstvu ekologije mora da naloži da pošalje građevinsku inspekciju. Ministar ekologije je pisao projekte za ove mHE, on zna sve detalje, zna gdje su Crnja Ljubaštica i Čestogaz. On dobro zna koji je teren u pitanju i šta je do sada urađeno. On je prvi trebalo kad je postao ministar ekologije da dođe na lice mjesta ili da pošalje inspekcije da se ispita ovaj posao. Ako ne radi posao kako treba, neka da ostavku”, poručio je Novović.

I on je sumnja da je privremena obustava radova „način da se koncesionaru da prilika da ispravi nedostatke na terenu“

“Poručujemo državi, ministarstvima i koncesionaru – ovdje radova biti neće. Neka odnesu materijal, neka vrate sve u provobitno stanje i neka se izvinu mještanima kojima su povrijedili imovinu i napravili štetu – saopštio je Novović.

 

Mještani Bara Kraljskih najavili su da će nastaviti proteste.

“Iza onih koji se u Kraljskim Barama protive gradnji malih hidroelektrana (mHE) ne stoji nijedan politička partija niti pojedinac iz svijeta politike”, poručeno je sa današnjeg okupljanja mještana.

 

Na skupu, koji su u tom selu organizovali zajedno sa dijelom mještana i vlasnika imanja koji su protiv izgradnje mHE na Rečinskoj rijeci u Rečinama, saopšteno je da iz njih stoji „samo Ustav i pravo na zdravu životnu sredinu“.

Prema riječima predsjednika MZ Milovana Labovića, činjenica da tek sada vještak geodetske struke, prema rješenju Ministarstva ekologije, prostornog planiranja i urbanizma, obavlja premjer trase na trenu, izaziva sumnju. Labović je kazao da je “premjer trase posao koji je trabalo raditi prije deset godina, čak prije nego što su date građevinske dozvole za mHE“.

“Sumnjamo da vještačenje nije u svrhu raskida koncesionog ugovora. Strahujemo da se ovim daje prostor koncesionaru da ispravi nepravilonosti na terenu”, poručio je Labović.

U Kraljskim Barama, na tri vodotoka, mHE radi firma Dekar enerdzi, a mještani od jula prošle godine protestima, blokadama pristupnih puteva i stražama sprečavaju gradnju. Krajem maja, privremenu mjeru obustave gradnje na tim i lodzistik.

 

Labović je rekao i da, kad su sa prošlog skupa pozvali potpredsjednika Vlade Dritana Abazovića i ministre kapitalnoh invensticija i ekologije, prostornog planiranja i urbanizma Mladena Bojanića i Ratka Mitrović da dođu na teren, „to nije bila prozivka“.

“Pozvali smo ih da dođu da se uvjere kakvo je stanje na terenu. To stanje ne odgovara dokumentaciji koja prati projekte mHE”, tvrdi predsjednik MZ
