EVROPSKA UNIJA OTVARA GRANICE ZA VAKCINISANE: U pojedinim državama ostaje na snazi obaveza karantina
Evropska unija odlučila je da se otvori za sve one koji su vakcinisani, a zvaničnici EU pregovaraju o uvođenju digitalnih zelenih potvrda, čime bi počeli sprovođenje plana za vitalni spas nadolazeće turističke sezone.
Očekuje se da će Evropska unija otvoriti svoje granice za potpuno vakcinisane do početka juna. Zbog masovnog vakcinisanja širom zemalja članica EU, Evropska komisija odlučila je da je vrijeme za popuštanje mjera po pitanju putovanja, javio je Asosiešte pres.
U slučaju nekog naglog pogoršanja u nekoj od zemalja ili regija, spremni su opet uvesti stroge mjere.
Obaveza testiranja na koronu prije i poslije dolaska ili odlazak u karantin i dalje će biti na snazi u pojedinim zemljama članicama, ali iz EU poručuju da će se i te mjere postepeno popuštati kako vakcinisanje bude napredovalo i ako situacija u pojedinim zemljama bude bolja.
Digitalni sertifikat mogao bi da otvori više zemalja EU za putovanja unutar Unije krajem juna, čak i dok traje pandemija korona virusa, kao i zabrinutost zbog novih sojeva virusa.
Takozvana digitalna zelena potvrda biće dokaz da je osoba vakcinisana protiv korona virusa, da ima negativan rezultat testa ili da je preboljela bolest. To je uvedeno kako bi se izbjegla diskriminacija osoba koje nisu mogle da se vakcinišu.
Cilj potvrde je što prije ukinuti mjere koje su trenutno na snazi kad su u pitanju putovanja između zemalja. Međutim, na svakoj od 27 država članica ostaje da odluči kakve pogodnosti sertifikat donosi unutar njihovih granica.
