Kriminalistička policije Centra bezbjednosti Budva podnijela je krivičnu prijavu protiv N.G. (31) iz Budve zbog sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo zloupotreba povjerenja i krivično djelo falsifikovanje isprave, saopšteno je iz Uprave policije.
On je, sumnja se, od avgusta 2018. do decembra 2019. godine, starajući se o firmi „Power and Peace“, koje je imovina osnivača Budvanina E.N., zloupotrijebio povjerenje i raspolaganje dokumentima o registraciji, te pečatom firme, u namjeri da pribavi imovinsku korist, sačinio lažno ovlašćenje koje mu omogućava poslovne aktivnosti i pravno zastupanje tog privrednog društva.
“N.G. je, kako se sumnja, navedeno ovlašćenje upotrijebio kao pravo kako bi obavljao privrednu djelatnost, te je o ostvarenim prihodima i poreskim obavezama, kao rezultatu poslovanja, Poreskoj upravi dostavljao neistinite podatke te na taj način sebi pribavio protivpravnu imovinsku korist na štetu Budžeta Crne Gore u iznosu od 60.448 eura”, saopšteno je iz policije.
