GI 21. maj podnijela inicijativu za oduzimanje državljanstva ministarki Bratić
Građanska inicijativa 21. maj podnijela je danas Ministarstvu unutrašnjih poslova MUP Inicijativu za oduzimanje državljanstva ministarki prosvjete, nauke, kulture i sporta Vesni Bratić, saopštio je izvršni koordinator GI 21. maj, Ljubomir Filipović.
Kako navode, članom 24. stav 1 tačka 1 predviđeno je da se gubi crnogorsko državljanstvo ako se dobrovoljno stekne državljanstvo druge države. Tačkom 8 istog člana navedeno je da se državljanstvo gubi i ako ponašanje crnogorskog državljanina ozbiljno šteti vitalnim interesima Crne Gore. Za sve slučajeve gubljenja crnogorskog državljanstva u članu 24 stav 4 navedeno je da će nadležni organ (ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova) pokrenuti postupak po službenoj dužnosti nakon saznanja o činjenicama iz stava 1 do 3 tog člana.
“Shodno navedenom, postupak za oduzimanje crnogorskog državljanstva po članu 24 stav 1 tačka 1 može se pokrenuti po službenoj dužnosti protiv ministarke Vesne Bratić, koja se u procesu sticanja crnogorskog državljanstva nije odrekla državljanstva druge fržave, a koja je svojim političkim djelovanjem štetila vitalnim interesima Crne Gore”, saopšteno je iz Građanske inicijative 21. maj.
Razlozi za pokretanje postupka za oduzimanje crnogorskog državljanstva za ministarku nauke kulture, prosvjete, sporta Vesnu Bratić, jesu izjave tokom predizborne kampanje u medijima i na društvenim mrežama u kojima se širi međunacionalna i međuetnička mržnja, kao i imenovanja ljudi u njenom resoru koji negiraju crnogorsku nezavisnost i naciju, i šire međuetničku i međukonfesionalnu mržnju i izazivaju oštre reakcije domaće i regionalne javnosti i na taj način štete ugledu i vitalnim interesima Crne Gore.
