HAG: Tači ostaje u pritvoru
Sud u Hagu odbio je zahtjev bivšeg zapovjednika OVK Hašima Tačija, optuženog za zločine na Kosovu i u Albaniji, da bude pušten iz pritvora, objavljeno je na internet stranici suda.
Tači je prethodno tražio da bude pušten u jednu od dvije države koje su sudu dale garancije uz napomenu da je ta država finansijer suda i članica NATO-a i da tamo bude u kućnom pritvoru pod uslovima koje odredi sud.
Odbijajući taj zahtjev, sudija za prethodni postupak Nikola Giju se složio sa argumentom tužilaštva da garancije trećih država ne mogu na adekvatan način smanjiti rizike koje bi donijelo Tačijevo puštanje iz pritvora.
Kako je prethodno najavio njegov branilac Greg Kiho, Tači će uložiti žalbu na sudijinu odluku o produženju pritvora, a žalbe na istu odluku već su uložili saoptuženi Kadri Veselji, Redžep Seljimi i Jakup Krasnići.
