Na krovu Skupštine instaliraće 248 solarnih panela
Priroda naša je dio bitisanja svih nas, i briga i istinsko staranje o njoj, čuvanje prirode, iziskuje i traži konkretna djela, kazao je predsjednik Skupštine Crne Gore, Aleksa Bečić na V Ekonomskom Istanbulskom Samitu u Turskoj.
“Na njih sam spreman. Spreman, jer za ljepotu Crne Gore, za njene rijeke, planine, jezera i za njeno more ne postoji alternativa”, kazao je predsjednik Skupštine, naglasivši da su cilj upravo djela koja će ostaviti vidljiv trag. Trag koji ćete nastaviti vi. Trag koji će nastaviti vaša djeca i trag koji će vremenom postati dio naše kulture, dio naše tradicije i dio našeg naslijeđa. I do kraja, dio nas”, kazao je predsjednik crnogorskog parlamenta, koji je govorio na temu “Značaj zelene ekonomije u održivom razvoju”.
Ocjenjujući da smo “po pitanju zelenih politika mnogo toga ostali dužni”, Bečić je kazao da smo “ostali dužni riješenja za probleme iz prošlosti, ostali smo dužni modalitete riješavanja istih u budućnosti i ostali smo dužni u pogledu obećanja i čvrste riječi da će zelena politika postati prioritet”.
Predsjednik crnogorskog parlamenta ocijenio je da je ponosan na činjenicu da je Skupština Crne Gore proglašena najtransparentnijim Parlamentom na prostoru Zapadnog Balkana, da je osavremenila i modernizovala rad, te ojačala kontrolnu, nadzornu i zakonodavnu ulogu ali, kako je kazao, sa posebnim zadovoljstvom ističe korake “koje smo preuzeli baš po pitanju zelenih politika”.
Ukazali na važnost zelene ekonomije za ciljeve održivog razvoja“Skupština Crne Gore će biti prva u regionu koja će na krovu svoje zgrade instalirati solarnu elektranu sa 248 solarnih panela i time proizvoditi oko 50 odsto elekrtične energije. Za nas, veoma značajna ušteda a za Crnu Goru skroman doprinos zelenim politikama”, kazao je Bečić.
On je podsjetio da će biti obezbijeđena vozila na električni pogon za potrebe stručne službe najvišeg zakonodavnog doma, koja će se napajati električnom energijom sa skupštinske solarne elektrane. Takođe, kako je precizirao, realizovan je projekat E-parlament, čime će u potpunosti biti digitalizovan zakonodavni proces što omogućava izbacivanje papira iz potpune upotrebe, dok je temeljnom adaptacijom skupštinskog zdanja, dobijena energetski efikasna zgrada Parlamenta.
“Ovo je odličan primjer, siguran sam da ćete se složiti, kako jedna mala zemlja, kako jedna državna institucija može upravo na svom primjeru da doprinese očuvanju i unapređenju svega onoga što zelena politika jeste”, poručio je predsjednik Skupštine, te najavio da će u zgradi Skupštine biti otvoren i novi “Zeleni salon”, posvećen Danu proglašenja Crne Gore ekološkom državom.
Bečić je podsjetio da je prije tri mjeseca Crnu Goru posjetio predsjednik Republike Turske Redžep Tajip Erdoan, te najavio da će našu zemlju za desetak dana posjetiti predsjednik Velike narodne Skupštine Republike Turske, Mustafa Šentop.
U svijetlu dobrih odnosa dvije zemlje, Bečić je pozvao na dalje jačanje saradnje Crne Gore i Republike Turske, ističući da je današnji Samit odlična prilika za inteziviranje ekonomske saradnje pored itekako uspješne parlamentarne saradnje.
Iz Skupštine su kazali da je Peti istanbulski ekonomski samit prilika da se ukaže na važnost zelene ekonomije za ciljeve održivog razvoja, a tokom susreta biće riječi o procesu promjene i transformacije – obnovljivoj energiji, o novoj ravnoteži u prekinutom lancu snabdijevanja u vrijeme pandemije kovida-19, ekoturizmu kao i o digitalizaciji prehrambene industrije.
