NOVAKOVIĆ ĐUROVIĆ: Tužilački savjet izabrati do 30. avgusta
Tužilački savjet bi morao biti izabran u punom sastavu godinu dana nakon izbora, odnosno do 30. avgusta, jer je to jedna od ključnih obaveza koju parlamentarna većina ima prema građanima, poručila je Ana Novaković-Đurović, politička direktorka GP URA.
URA, kako kaže, poziva sve partnere u vlasti na finalizaciju dogovora oko imenovanja uglednih pravnika/ca u TS, kako bi se sjednica parlamenta pravovremeno zakazala i održala do kraja mjeseca.
“URA ulaže sve napore i apsolutno je posvećena borbi protiv kriminala i korupcije, u šta se građani mogu svakodnevno uvjeriti. Ipak, pored ličnih i napora nekih institucija, ovaj proces treba da bude sistemski, a formiranje nezavisnog i profesionalnog TS je za takav pristup neophodno” , poručila je Novaković Đurović.
Ona ističe da bi formiranje TS trebalo da bude početak oslobađanja “zarobljene države” kakvom su je učinile prethodne vlasti, zbog kojih je, kako dodaje, ovako okarakterisana od strane najviših instanci u EU.
“Naša je obaveza da Crna Gora nikada više ne dobije epitet zarobljene zemlje, a ovo je važan korak ka tom cilju. Građani očekuju i zaslužuju da što prije praktično osjete efekte borbe protiv korupcije i organizovanog kriminala. Ovaj proces, pored uspostavljanja pravde u društvu, neminovno dovodi i do stabilnijeg ekonomskog razvoja, vjerujemo i do povećanja plata, penzija i životnog standard”, poručila je Novaković Đurović.
Stoga bi, kako dodaje, TS od septembra morao započeti rad u kompletnom sastavu, jer Crna Gora više nema vremena za čekanje za obračun sa organizovanim kriminalom i korupcijom.
“Istovremeno, formiranjem ovog tijela dobijamo važan impuls za ostvarivanje rezultata u procesu evropske integracije i konačnom suštinskom napretku u poglavljima 23 i 24. TS, između ostalog, treba na konstitutivnoj sjednici da imenuje novog v.d vrhovnog državnog tužioca, kako bi u tužilačkoj organizaciji otpočeli reformski procesi. Samo ovo dovoljno je ozbiljan i važan zadatak za ovo tijelo, zato je potrebno zaokružiti njegov sastav i omogućiti mu puni legitimitet za odlučivanje. Bez obzira na formalnu mogućnost rada u “okrnjenom” sastavu, za puni legitimitet odlučivanja, potrebno je što prije izabrati sve njegove članove/ice”, poručuje politička direktorka GP URA.
Novom TS treba, kako dodaje, omogućiti neometan rad i eliminisati sve potencijalne pokušaje političkog upliva na njegovo funkcionisanje.
“URA će sigurno pružiti snažnu političku volju i podršku za obračun sa organizovanim kriminalom i korupcijom, koja je nedostajala svih prethodnih godina. Vjerujemo da će Crna Gora pokazati da u oslobođenim i profesionalnim institiucijama ima i znanja i integriteta da se u društvu uspostavi vladavina prava”, zaključila je Novaković Đurović.
