Planira se rekonsturkcija Titove grobnice
Muzej Jugoslavije je raspisao tender za izradu projekta postojećeg stanja Kuće cvijeća u svom kompleksu i da se planira kompletna rekonstrukcija objekta u kojem je sahranjen bivši jugoslovenski predsjednik Josip Broz Tito i njegova supruga Jovanka.
Da do ove rekonstrukcije ipak neće doći skoro potvrđuje, za “Novosti”, direktorka Muzeja Neda Knežević.
“Raspisali smo samo tender za presjek stanja objekta budući da ne postoji kompletna projektna dokumentacija vezana za Kuću cvijeća”, kaže Kneževićeva.
“Zub vremena morao je uticati i na ovo zdanje, a postojanje projektne dokumentacije preduslov je za rekonstrukciju i eventualno njenu dogradnju. Izvođenje radova planiramo za dvije do tri godine, a nakon konsultacija sa stručnjacima i raspisivanja konkursa za idejno rješenje”, dodala je ona.
Do kraja 2021. trebalo bi da bude gotov precizan presjek stanja objekta, projekat arhitekture, ali i svih instalacija (termotehničkih, električnih, vodovoda, kanalizacije, struje, protivpožarnog sistema), što važi i za Titovu i grobnicu Jovanke Broz.
Od 1996. godine, kada je cio kompleks zvanično postao Muzej Jugoslavije, nije bilo većih sanacija kada je u pitanju Kuća cvijeća. Završene su dvije faze na rekonstrukciji zgrade Muzeja 25. maj i izvršena rekonstrukcija i dogradnja ulaznog objekta K-25 (biletarnica, suvenirnica i toaleti).
