Treći sastanak parlamentarne većine na kojem će pokušati da riješe aktuelnu krizu vlasti počeo je oko 17 časova u Skupštini Crne Gore.
Iako su iz DF-a kazali da bi bilo od značaja da na sastanak dođe i lider URA-e Dritan Abazović, on lično se nije pojavio.
Sastanku prisustvuju Andrija Mandić (Nova sprska demokratija), Milan Knežević, (Demokratska narodna partija), Branko Radulović (Pokret za promjene), Marko Milačić (Prava Crna Gora), Vladimir Joković (SNP), Miodrag Lekić (DEMOS), Maksim Vučinić (Radnička partija), Goran Danilović (Ujedinjena Crna Gora), Aleksa Bečić i Boris Bogdanović (Demokrate), Miloš Kontar i Zoran Mikić (URA) i Zoran Miljanić (CIVIS).
Oni bi trebalo da se izjasne o opcijama za izlazak krize – rekonstrukciji Vlade koju zagovaraju Demokrate ili izboru nove Vlade s novim premijerom, za šta se zalaže Demokratski front i dio koalicije “Za budućnost Crne Gore”.
Prvi sastanak parlamentarne većine održan je 24. juna, na inicijativu lidera Demosa i Socijalističke narodne partije, Miodraga Lekića i Vladimira Jokovića.
Čelnici Demokratskog fronta odbili su tada mogućnost rekonstrukcije Vlade na čijem bi čelu ostao premijer Zdravko Krivokapić, poručivši da u slučaju da ne bude saglasnosti o novom kabinetu, najkasnije do kraja godine treba organizovati vanredne parlamentrane izbore.
Na drugom sastanku, koji je, opet na inicijativu Lekića i Jokovića, održan 6. jula, nije bilo nikakvog pomaka u rješavanju krize.
