PODIGNUTA OPTUŽNICA PROTIV KAVČANA: Planirali ubistvo Šakovića, na njega motrili iz obližnjeg stana
Specijalno državno tužilaštvo podiglo je optužnicu poritv grupe koja se sumnjiči za pripremanje likvidacije Milić Minje Šakovića, saznaje portal Dan. Ova grupa dovodi se u vezu sa kavačkim klanom.
-Specijalno državno tužilaštvo dostavilo je 09.09.2021.godine, Višem sudu u Podgorici radi kontrole i potvrđivanja optužnicu podignutu protiv T.J., M.M., M.J., V.A., S.S., L.Z. i M.M. zbog krivičnog djela stvaranje kriminalne organizacije. Istom optužnicom okrivljenim T.J. i M.N. stavljeno je na teret da su kao saizvršioci izvršili krivično djelo ubistvo u pokušaju, a okrivljenim M.J. i L.Z. krivično djelo ubistvo u pokušaju izvršeno putem pomaganja. Takođe, protiv označenih lica optužnica je podignuta i zbog tri krivična djela nedozvoljeno držanje oružja i eksplozivnih materija-navode iz Specijalnog državnog tužilaštva.
Policija je početkom marta uhapsila Podgoričane Aleksandra Veljovića (30) i Jovana Miranovića (41), Beograđanina Nikolu Mirića (35), Jovana Trkulju (35) iz Obrenovca i Podgoričanin Saša Stanišić. Među osumnjičenima je i Zoran lekić.
U sklopu ove istrage policija traga za još nekoliko osoba.
Prema navodima istrage, oni su planirali da iz jednog stana iz snajpera ubiju Šakovića kad izađe u dvorište svoje kuće u Zagoriču. I straga dalje navodi da su nakon toga planira bjekstvo na način što bi ih na periferiji čekao motor kojim su trebali da pobjegnu do kombija. U kombi su planirali da ubace motor i tako prikriju tragove. Dalje se navodi da je nekoliko bezbjednosno interesantnih osoba u kritičnom periodu iz Srbije ušlo u našu zemlju.
Nakon toga policja je otkrila štek stanove koje su koristili osumnjičeni, zaplijenili automobile koje su koristili u pripremanju zločina, motor kojim su ubice trebale da pobjegnu, oružje, municiju, kriptovane telefone, falsifikovana dokumenta, novac i benzin kojim su planirali da unište dokaze…
Pronađena je i snajperska vojna pušku, optički nišan visoke rezolucije i municiju u specijalno napravljenom bunker ispod patosnica kombi vozila koje je imalo ključnu ulogu u izvršenju ovog zločina.
