Pogrebne usluge realizuju važne infrastrukturne projekte u Podgorici; Novo groblje tri puta veće od Čepuraka
U 2021.godini gradsko preduzeće „Pogrebne usluge“ doo Podgorica posvećeno je realizaciji velikih infrastrukturnih projekata. Jedan od projekata na koji se čekalo više od 10 godina je i izgradnja upravne zgrade. “Riječ je o objektu od 800 m2 u kojem će se nalaziti prodavnica, magacinski prostor, kancelarijski prostor i šalter sala, a završetak radova se očekuje početkom decembra”, istakao je direktor ovog privrednog društva, Srđan Miljanić. On je kazao da se proširenje gradskog groblja Zagorič realizuje planiranom dinamikom, te da je poziv za izgradnju prve faze novog gradskog groblja, raspisan početkom avgusta.
Novo gradsko groblje će se nalaziti na Ćemovskom polju, na površini od 296.000m2 gdje će biti izgrađeno 8412 ukopnica. Vrijednost investicije je 1.600.000 eura, a u poređenju sa gradskim groboljem „Čepurci“, novo gradsko groblje biće tri puta veće.
“Prva faza izgradnje gradskog groblja podrazumijeva izgradnju pristupnog trga, komemorativnog trga, komercijalno- ekonomskog bloka i pet kapela, kao i parking prostor za vozila i pristupna saobraćajnica koju će realizovati Glavni grad. U narednom periodu nas očekuje i Javni poziv za termo-tehniku za upravnu zgradu. Vrijednost investicije je 72.600 eura. U narednoj nedjelji ćemo raspisati i poziv zanadzorni organ za novo gradsko grobolje a u narednim danima očekujemo i raspisivanje tendera za VII fazu gradskog groblja „Čepurci“. Sa završetkom VII faze na Čepurcima se više neće davati grobnice u zakup već će se sahrane vršiti isključivo u već postojećim ili zakupljenim grobnicama”, zaključio je Miljanić.
