“Postrojenje za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda da bude u okviru UIKS-a”
Lokacija “Landža” nije adekvatna za izgradnju postrojenja za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda, a komisija Ministarstva ekonomskog razvoja predložila je da nova lokacija bude na primjer u okviru Uprave za izvršenje krivičnih sankcija, navodi se u saopštenju.
Vlada je juče usvojila informaciju da lokacija “Landža” nije adekvatna. Prednost lokacije u okviru UIKS-a je, kako ističu, što je to te državna svojina (nepotrebna eksproprijacija), a na toj lokaciji već postoji i manje postrojenje za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda.
“U neposrednoj blizini ove lokacije nema naselja, čime bi se izbjeglo eventualno nezadovoljstvo građana. Glavna prednost ove lokacije, za razliku od lokacije “Landža” koja pokriva od 20 do 25 odsto otpadnih voda Bjelopavlićke ravnice je i u tome što bi pokrila 100 odsto – uključujući i farme koji su veliki zagađivači okoline i samog Parka prirode “Rijeka Zeta””, navodi se u saopštenju.
Cjevovod bi, dodaju, pratio gravitacioni pad (profil terena), tako da ne bi trebalo dodatno postavljanje pumpnih stanica.
“Uzimajući u obzir iskazano nezadovoljstvo građana i nedostatke samog projekta, komisija je dala predlog sveobuhvatnog rešenja problema, koji će dugoročno tretirati problem otpadnih voda na cjelokupnoj teritoriji Bjelopavlićke ravnice, sa posebnim akcentom na zaštiti Parka prirode „rijeka Zeta“”, ističu iz Ministarstva.
Vlada je, dodaju, zadužila Ministarstvo ekologije, prostornog planiranja i urbanizma da obezbijedi neophodne uslove sa aspekta prostorno planske dokumentacije.
