PRETRESI U NIKŠIĆU: Uhapšena dva mladića, policija pronašla kokain i marihuanu
Policijski službenici su u Nikšiću uhapsili dvije osobe zbog neovlašćene proizvodnje, držanja i stavljanja u promet opojnih droga.
Na više lokacija u Nikšiću izvršeni su pretresi stanova i vozila koje koriste P.M. (19) i A.V. (31) gdje je zaplijenjeno ukupno oko kilogram marihuane i 10 manjih pvc pakovanja kokaina ukupne mase oko pet grama.
Pretresom kuće i drugih prostorija koje koristi P.M. pronađeno je 10 manjih pvc pakovanja kokaina.
Pripadnici policije su pretresom kuće, stana i drugih prostorija koje koristi osumnjičeni A.V. pronašli oko kilogram marihuane.
“Kriminalistička obrada upućuje na sumnju da su ova lica kupovala navedenu opojnu drogu, prepakivali je u manja pakovanja i vršili uličnu distribuciju”, saopšteno je iz policije.
Sve preduzete radnje policija je sprovela u koordinaciji sa Višim državnim tužilaštvom u Podgorici, gdje je postupajući tužilac nakon preduzetih radnji izvršio kvalifikaciju krivičnog djela neovlašćena proizvodnja, držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga i naložio da se uz krivičnu prijavu navedena lica sprovedu na dalju nadležnost.
“Tokom novembra policija je u Nikšiću procesuirala 16 lica zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Zakona o sprečavanju zloupotrebe opojnih droga”, navode iz policije.
