“PRITISAK NA RTCG” Javni servis traži zaštitu od Delegacije EU, OEBS-a i ambasada
Dva kandidata koja su po volji vladajuće većine, ne ispunjavaju ni formalne uslove za direktora Javnog servisa, tvrde iz RTCG
Radio-televizija Crne Gore uputila je informaciju Delegaciji Evropske unije, kancelariji OEBS-a i ambasadama zapadnih zemalja, kao i međunarodnim novinarskim organizacijama, povodom kršenja procedure, Zakona i dosadašnje prakse u izboru generalnog direktora Javnog servisa.
Kako su kazali iz RTCG, u pismu se podsjeća da je pravni nonsens da članovi Komisije čine organ koji bira i imenuje generalnog direktora. Ukazano je i da pojedini kandidati u pogledu stručne spreme i radnog iskustva ne ispunjavaju uslove.
Uprkos tome dobili su zeleno svjetlo Savjeta, od čega su se ogradili pravnici Radio-televizije Crne Gore, sa kojima je saglasna i stručna javnost.
Rečeno je i da Savjet krajnje neprimjereno i manipulativno, tokom već otpočete procedure, suštinski zloupotrijebio svoja ovlašćenja, proširivši sastav komisije na čak jedanaest članova, uključujući sve članove Savjeta.
U tome se prepoznaje namjera da bi preglasavanjem Savjet dezavuisao ocjenu pravnika stručne službe RTCG da dva kandidata, koji su očigledno po volji vladajuće većine, ne ispunjavaju ni formalne uslove za izbor generalnog direktora.
Zaključuje se da bi smjena generalnog direktora izborom kandidata, koji odgovara vladajućoj većini, a ne ispunjava ni formalne uslove propisane zakonom, bio nedostojan i, u demokratskom društvu, neprihvatljiv politički pritisak na rad Javnog servisa.
