“Prva banka u velikim problemima; Guverner ne smije da ćuti”
“Nakon više godina međunarodne podrške i ignorisanja peglanja bilansa i prebacivanja loših kredita drugim bankama, fondovima, IRF, od strane Prve banke, stvari se drastično mijenjaju. MMF je tražio od CBCG vanrednu superviziju kvaliteta aktive Prve Banke i angazovan je PWC iz Njemačke da uradi QAR ( Quality assets review) koji je pokazao veliku rupu u bilansima. Pokušaj manevra problematičnih kredita i nekretnina preko jednog češog fonda nije uspio i prvi rezultati supervizije pokazuju da Prva banka ima negativan kapital”, navodi u saopštenju Nebojša Medojević.
Kako kaže, jedino rešenje je da akcionari dokapitalizuju Prvu banku i pokriju rupu koja je nastala lošim kreditima koji se ne mogu naplatiti ili se mogu naplatiti u nekon dužem vremenu i sa ogromnim diskauntima.
Navodi da prvi put Guverner CBCG ne može da pomogne Đukanovićima jer su i Svjetska Banka i MMF uporni da se konačno prikažu istiniti bilansi Prve banke.
“Zato je veoma važno da drugi najveći akcionar EPCG koji ima 19,75% akcija odmah povuče depozite kojima je isteklo oročenje i da izvueč svoje pare iz ove problematične banke koja može ući u stečaj. Nadam se da EPCG neće ovaj put novcem države ponovo spašavati Prvu Banku od stečaja i bankrota i da će se domaćinski i odgovorno odnositi sa novcem”, istakao je on.
“Prva Banka je pod posebnim nadzorom MMF i SB već deset godina, ali su Đukanovići uspjevali da obezbjede da ih ove međunarodne organizacije ne diraju. Međunarodna podrška je sad, po prvi put nestala. Traže se tačni i istiniti bilansi. QAR pokazuje rupu u bilansu i negativni kapital”, dodaje Medojević.
“Pozivam Vladu, EPCG, IRF i ostale državne firme i fondove da ne pomažu privatnu banku koja je upala u probleme zbog pogrešnih poslovnih odluka, da ne pomažu braću Đukanović novcem građana. Pozivam Guvernera CBCG da se obrati javnosti sa tačnim podacima i informacijama o stanju aktive ove banke jer je dužan da pravovremeno informiše javnost i spriječi gubitke novca građana i privrede koji drže novac tamo”, ističe Medojević.
Kratko je zaključio da je to njegova ustavna obaveza i odgovornost.
