RADULOVIĆ: Đukanović i dalje opstruira imenovanje pojedinih ambasadora
Ministar vanjskih poslova Đorđe Radulović kazao je večeras za TV Vijesti da predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Đukanović i dalje opstruira imenovanja pojedninih ambasadora koje je predložila Vlada.
On se, međutim, nada da će se konačna rješenja naći u dijalogu, nakon ljetnjih odmora.
Pošto je Vlada do sada opozvala 14 i usvojila predloge za imenovanje 12 ambasadora, Televizija Vijesti je šefa diplomatije upitala koliko njih čeka saglasnost predsjednika Đukanovića i šta ukoliko ona ne stigne.
“Postoje osnovane pretpostavke i činjenice da predsjednik opstruira imenovanje pojedinih ambasadora. Nakon onog više puta ponovljenog kriterijuma da niko ko je glasao za Ne neće moći da predstavlja zemlju, što je po mni i politički a i etički vrlo probelematičan stav, javili su se neki drugi kriterijumi, koji ne mogu biti argumentovani. Vjerujem da je konačni rješenje u nastavku dijaloga, vjerujem da bismo nakon ljetnjih odmora mogli da nađemo zajedničko rješenje. Naravno, postoje i krajnosti druge – slanje specijalnog izaslanika, otpravnika poslova, da probamo da prevaziđemo neke stvari, ali mislim da to ne bi bilo dobro za Crnu Goru, ni za naš međunarodni ugled”, rekao je Radulović.
On je kazao da diplomatski odnosi između Srbije i Crne Gore postoje, dok je nivo diplomatskog predstavljanja, nažalost, trenutno na nivou otpravnika poslova.
“Dobili smo taj neki pomalo ucjenjivački i ultimativan stav – ukoliko hoćete da imate bilo šta sa nama, prvo opozovite odluku da je gospodin Božović persona non grata. Ako imate takav stav, to nije mjera iskrenih odnosa. Ono što bi bio izlaz iz situacije je da Srbija kandiduje novog ambasdora, a sa druge strane ja očekujem da će Crna Gora vrlo brzo imenovati svog ambasadora u Beogradu. Zasad nemamo najave da bi oni mogli poslati novog ambasadora i to mislim da je vrlo pogrešno”, rekao je on.
Na pitanje šta trenutno rade po pitanju Prevlake, kazao je da je to bila takođe jedna od tema dok je ministar vanjskih poslova Hrvatske bio u posjeti Crnoj Gori.
“Želimo da formiramo novu interresornu komisiju koja će biti sveobuhvatna – od više resora i sa crnogorske i sa hrvatske strane, kako bi se vidjelo gdje smo u ovom trenutku. Posljednji put su se sastale ove komisije – to je bilo 2015, 2016. godine i mislimo da je krajnje vrijeme da se ovaj proces nastavi. Mi ćemo se truditi da nađemo bilateralno rješenje kroz rad tih međudržavnih komisija, a ukoliko to ne bude moguće ići ćemo na arbitražu. Ja nemam nikakve indikacije da bi pitanje Prevlake, imajući u vidu da privremni protokol besprekorno funkcioniše, moglo da bude neka prepreka na putu Crne Gore na putu ka Evropskoj uniji, ali svakako je dobro da imamo definisano i to pitanje”, rekao je on.
Ono što je drugačiji pristup je taj što hrvatska strana, dodaje, smatra da treba razgovarati samo o razgraničenju na moru, dok naša strana smatra da bi predmet pregovora trebalo da bude i kopno i more.
Radulović je precizirao da očekuje da će komisija biti formirana odmah nakon ljetnjih odmora.
