SPAJIĆ I MILATOVIĆ: Nema razloga da neko glasa protiv budžeta i projekta “Evropa sad”
Ne postoji razlog zašto bi neko glasao protiv budžeta i seta mjera kao što je “Evropa sad”, kazali su ministri finansija i socijalnog staranja i ekonomskog razvoja Milojko Spajić i Jakov Milatović.
Oni su u emisiji Okvir na Televiziji Crne Gore kazali da za prijekat “Evropa sad” očekuju podršku svih poslanika i smatraju da je to trenutak oko kojeg Crne Gora treba da se ujedini. Građanima poručuju da ne brinu za zdravstvo i najavljuju da će ono biti još bolje a penzionerima da veće povećanje penzija očekuju u 2023. godini.
Vlada je danas utvrdila predlog zakona o budžeta za 2022. i uputila ga parlamentu na usvajanje. Predviđeno je da državna kasa za 2022. bude teška 2,46 milijardi eura.
Ministari finansija i socijalnog staranja i ekonomskog razvoja Milojko Spajić i Jakov Milatović su u emisiji Okvir na Televiziji Crne Gore kazali da, kada je zdravstveni sistem u pitanju i pored ukidanja doprinosa, građani ne treba da brinu. Navode da je Fond za zdravstvo i do sada samo djelimično finasiran iz doprinosa a većim dijelom iz budžeta.
Za projekat “Evropa sad” u Skupštini očekuju podršku svih parlamentaraca.
“Očekujemo 81 glas u parlamentu. Mislimo da je to realno i nema razloga da se to ne desi. Želimo da napravimo konsenzus i među parlamentarcima”, kazao je Spajić.
“Tri cilja su tog projekta: povećanje plata, umanjenje poreskog opterećenja na rad i targetiranje sive ekonomije. Ne znam ko je u Crnoj Gori protiv ta tri cilja. Planiramo da dodatno prezentujemo program ‘Evropa sad’ i budžet u parlamentu. Mislimo da je ovo trenutak oko kojeg Crne Gora treba da se okupi”, kazao je Milatović.
Od novoosnovane firme “Crna Gora radi” očekuju da pokrene firme koje su državnom vlasništvu i da od sada te kompanije vuku kompletnu privredu naprijed.
“Kopirali smo praksu Zapadne Evrope koji su tako doveli do visoke efikasnosti u državnim preduzećima”, kazao je Milatović.
U budžet za narednu godinu, kako su kazali, ukalkulisan je dječiji dodatak djeci do 6 godina.
“U sljedeće tri godine ići će se ka potpunom rješavanju siromaštva djece u Crnoj Gori. Najbitnije je da idemo u pravcu u kojem ide EU”, kazali su.
Ministri navode i da će se raditi na unapređenju inspekcijske službe.
“Tema je i dale otvrena, trenutno smo najbliži modelu Srbije. Bez obzira na model treba povećati broj inspektora”, kazao je Milatović.
“Ubrzo ćemo zakonskim rješenjem za poreske inspektore uvesti novinu da se dodatno plaćaju po učinku i tako doprinijeti da oni budu dodatno motivisani da rade”, dodao je Spajić.
Napominju da je do sada poresko oprerećenje na kapital bilo rekordno nisko a na rad rekordno visoko. Ministri ocjenjuju da su se na taj način podsticali kapitalisti a ne zapošljavanje i radnici. Zato,kažu, imao veliku razliku između bogatih i siromašnih.
“Što se tiče poreza na dobit trudićemo se da ostanemo konkurentni ali ne želimo da privlačimo sumnjiv kapital ili onaj koji zapošljava par radnika već investicije koje će građanima donijeti plate najmanje od 400 eura”, kazali su.
Očekuju da skupština izglasa zakon o naplati prihoda od neprijavljene imovine.
Penzionerima poručuju da snažnije usklađivanje penzija mogu očekivati 2023. godine.
“Od januara imamo usklađivanja koja će dovesti do blagog povećanja penzija. 2023. godine ćemo imati mnogo osjetnije povećanje penzija i penzioneri će tada biti jako zadovoljni programom Evropa sad”, kazao je Spajić
Milatović je kazao da onim što je do sada urađeno Crna Gora postaje izuzetno atraktivna za strane investicije. Za to su, dodaje dobili potvrdu od investitora iz Evrope, posebno Njemačke ali i Turske.
