TO Budva: Carević želi da otme našu organizaciju i imenuje menadžment
Iz TO Budva oglasili su se danas saopštenjem u kojem navode da predsjednik Opštine Marko Bato Carević sa svojim izvršnim odborom brutalno krši pravilnik o sistematizaciji i unutrašnjoj organizaciji TO Budva pokušavajući da mimo pravila imenuje politikologa Nemanju Kuljaču za v.d direktora .
Saopštenje prenosimo integralno:
“Koji je cilj u namjeri da se mimo regulative i poštovanja bilo kakvih pravila, po svaku cijenu i ne birajući sredstva nasilno otme TO Budva tj. promijeni njen menadžment govori i činjenica da se za v.d. direktora želi instalirati lice koje ne ispunjava osnovne uslove iz pravilnika o sistematizaciji TO Budva.
Naime, pored kršenja Zakona o turističkim organizacijama, Statuta TO Budva i poslovnika o radu skupštine TO Budva, predsjednik Opštine Budva i „njegov“ Izvršni odbor u svojim brutalnim aktivnostima krše i pravilnik o sistematizaciji i unutrašnjoj organizaciji Organizacije, u namjeri da se nelegitimnim putem za v.d. direktora postavi gosp. Nemanja Kuljača, uprkos tome što isti ne ispunjava osnovne uslove shodno važećem aktu o sistematizaciji kojim aktom je za mjesto direktora predviđen pravni, ekonomski ili fakultet za turizam, dok je gospodin Kuljača po struci diplomirani politikolog.
Takođe, sporno je i što se gospodin Kuljača u namjeri da se postavi za v.d. direktora TOB-a nalazi u svojevrsnom sukobu interesa, budući da je koautor manifestacija koje je bez naknade ustupio firmi ,,Copyright“ d.o.o. koja je prinudnom naplatom sa računa TO Budva skinula više od 300.000 eura u vrijeme najveće krize po turizam i turističku privredu izazvanu pandemijom COVID19. Tokom svog upravljanja firmom ,,Patent“ d.o.o, koja se takođe nalazi u vlasništvu istog lica kao i Copyright d.o.o, gospodin je potpisao niz ugovora sa tadašnjim menadžmentom TO Budva. Podsjećanja radi d.o.o ,,Copyright“ poznat je i po tome što je oštetio budžet Opštine Budva za preko 4 miliona eura, što su priznali i za šta su pravosnažno osudjeni i odgovarali tadašnji funkcioneri Opštine, firma ,,Copyright“ i njeni tadašnji funkcioneri, kao i funkcioner TOB-a.
Zbog svega navedenog, ostavljamo nadležnim institucijama da sude i presude a građanima i javnosti da sami procijene i imaju svoje mišljenje o tome koji su razlozi nasilnih upada, ,,otimanja“ i blokade rada Turističke organizacije, i pored izuzetnih rezultata, domaćinskog upravljanja i finansijske stabilnosti koju ova institucija poslednjih godina bilježi.”
