Pred Osnovnim sudom u Podgorici pravosnažno je razvedeno 665 brakova za poslednje dvije godine i četiri mjeseca.
Prema podacima koje je soapštila sudija portparol podgoričkog Osnovnog suda Ivana Becić, 2019. godne pravosnažno je razvedeno 336 brakova, 2020. godine 267, dok su do kraja aprila 2021. godine, razvedena 62 braka.
U 298 predmeta od ukupno 665, djeca su povjerena majci na dalju brigu, čuvanje i vaspitanje, dok je u 34 predmeta vršenje roditeljskog prava nad djecom povjereno ocu.
U 75 slučajeva roditelji su dobili zajedničko starateljstvo nad djecom.
“Osim toga, u četiri predmeta je donijeta odluka kojom je nad zajedničkom djecom stranaka određeno vršenje roditeljskog prava tako što je jedno ili više djece povjereno majci, a drugo ocu na dalju brigu, čuvanje i vaspitanje. Svakako je u ovim predmetima osim o vršenju roditeljskog prava odlučeno i o ličnom kontaktu između djeteta i roditelja sa kojim dijete ne živi. U ostalim predmetima u braku nije bilo djece ili su djeca stranaka bila punoljetna”, navodi Becić.
