UHAPŠEN PODGORIČANIN: Pronađene tri parcele sa 120 stabljika marihuane
U selu Popratnica, nadomak Podgorice, pronađene su tri parcele sa 120 stabljika opojne droge marihuana. Iz policije su saopštili da je uhapšen Podgoričanin D.V. (53).
“Sprovodeći intenzivne mjere i radnje na suzbijanju i otkrivanju krivičnih djela u vezi sa zloupotrebom opojnih droga, te raspolažući operativnim saznanjima, a na osnovu naredbe za pretres porodične kuće i imanja D.V. (53) iz Podgorice, pronađene su tri parcele sa 120 stabljika opojne droge marihuana”, navode iz policije.
Kako su saopštili, D.V. je uhapšen zbog sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo neovlašćena proizvodnja, držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga.
“On će uz krivičnu prijavu biti priveden postupajućem tužiocu u Višem državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici na dalju nadležnost”, zaključuje se.
