Unutrašnja kontrola rada policije utvrdila je da je službenik Sektora za borbu protiv kriminala počinio težu povredu službene dužnosti tokom postupanja na Cetinju 8. jula 2021. kada je kontrolisano bezbjednosno interesantno lice, saznaje portal Dan od izvora bliskog istrazi.
ROGANOVIĆ: Policajac je mene tukao tokom racije, podnio sam prijavu (VIDEO)
Radi se o službeniku V.V. koji se sam, samoinicijativno, odazvao nadležnima povodom ovog događaja. Naime, utvrđeno je da postoji osnovana sumnja da je nezakonito prekomjerno upotrebio silu.
Izvještaj Unutrašnje kontrole rada policije je dostavnjen Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu Cetinje koje će se nakon izviđajnih radnji izjasniti ima li u radnjama ovog službenika elemenata djela za koje se vezuje krivično gonjenje.
Podsjećamo, vlasnik lokala „La Martina“ Ivan Roganović, prijavio je policiji da je napadnut od strane službenika policije tokom racije u njegovom kafiću.
