UPRAVA POLICIJE SE “SNAŠLA”: Policajci patroliraju privatnim automobilima

Crnogorska Uprava policije već danima obavlja svoje poslove koristeći privatne automobile zaposlenih.
Veliki broj vozača u Crnoj Gori bio je u proteklom periodu zatečen kada su ih, radi kontrole, zaustavili saobraćajni policijaci koji svoj posao završavaju – privatnim automobilima. Više njih se obratilo VOP-u, a potvrdu da zaposleni koriste privatne automobile dobili smo i od njih.
Na taj način je Uprava policije riješila problem koji je nastao tokom ovog mjeseca jer su bili prinuđeni da vrate oko 130 automobila, koje su prije tri godine uzeli na finansijski lizing.
Kako do maja ove godine nije raspisan novi tender za nabavku vozila, Uprava policije našla se u problemu, koje je privremeno riješen stavljanjem u funkciju privatnih automobila.
“Policija je organizacija koja se veoma lako prilagođava novim i zahtjevnim uslovima rada za dobrobit građana, te tako i ovaj put sve radimo da građani naše države ni na jedan način ne osjete da je došlo do bilo kakavih otežavajučih okolnosti u radu. Podsjetićemo samo da policiju prije svega čine ljudi koji su temelj policijske organazacije a ne vozila, i da je prethodnih godinu dana mnogo teže bilo funkcionisati bez ljudi koji su bili van stroja zbog koronavirusa nego sada bez određenog broja vozila”, saopštili su iz Uprave policije ne precizirajući na koji način su se “prilagodili” novim i zahtjevnim uslovima rada.
Vlada je 13. maja usvojila zaključke vezano za nabavku vozila i goriva, i najavljeno je da će uslijediti tenderi za njihovu nabavku.
Tender za nabavku novih vozila, međutim, VOP nije uspio pronaći na Portalu javnih nabavki, te je vjerovatno da se za njegovo objavljivanje čeka usvajanje budžeta za 2021. a kada će to biti, neizvjesno je zbog burnih političkih dešavanja i uslovima koje postavlja dio parlamentarne većine.
