URA: Poslanici Skupštine da bez odlaganja izaberu Tužilački savjet
U Građanskom pokretu URA vjeruju da se niko neće usuditi da pomogne organizovanim kriminalnim grupama, opstruirajući izbor novog Tužilačkog savjeta (TS).
U pokretu URA ističu da ohrabruje to što političke partije parlamentarne većine pokazuju volju za pronalaženjem konsenzusa, ali podsjećaju da svako opstruiranje reforme tužilaštva otvara prostor za jačanje organizovanih kriminalnih grupa sa čijim suzbijanjem se konačno započelo.
Postojeći Zakon o državnom tužilaštvu pvi put je izglasan 12. maja, nakon prethodno pribavljenog pozitivnog mišljenja Venecijanske komisije (VK), a predsjednik države Milo Đukanović ga je vratio Skupštini na ponovno glasanje. Zakon je uprkos tome Skupština usvojila 27. maja, a stupio je na snagu 12. juna. Rok za izbor novog Tužilačkog savjeta je 60 dana.

URA ostaje maksimalno posvećena tom cilju, pa pozivamo kolege u Skupštini da daju svoj doprinos kako bi se takav Tužilački savjet izabrao u zakonskom roku, a do kraja redovnog zasijedanja Skupštine”, ukazali su u pokretu URA.
