“Uskoro pripravnički za XII generaciju Policijske akademije”
Savjetnici potpredsjednika Vlade Crne Gore, Filip Adžić i Miodrag Laković, primili su predstavnike XII generacije Policijske akademije u Danilovgradu, Adnana Nurkovića, Vuka Radovića i Marka Stamatovića.
Predstavnici XII generacije Policijske akademije podsjetili su da zbog tadašnjeg neusvajanja Zakona o budžetu nijesu mogli da ostvare zapošljenje u svojstvu pripravnika po osnovu Nacrta kadrovskog plana Uprave policije, kojim je to i bilo planirano. Takođe, oni su naznačili da bi bilo bespredmetno usljed nove reorganizacije Uprave policije i stupanja na snagu novog Zakona o unutrašnjim poslovima, raditi novi Nacrt kadrovskog plana Uprave policije dok Vlada ne utvrdi novi Pravilnik o unutrašnjoj organizaciji i sistematizaciji novih radnih mjesta u Upravi policije.
Oni su napomenuli da pored 50 lica iz XII generacije Policijske akademije, isti problem ima 10 lica iz ranijih generacija, koji takođe čekaju zasnivanje radnog odnosa u Upravi policije u svojstvu pripravnika.
Iz ovih razloga, predstavnici XII generacije uputili su Vladi zvaničan Zahtjev za davanje saglasnosti za zapošljavanje.
Adžić i Laković su naglasili da će raditi na tome da Vlada donese Zaključak po kojem bi se omogućilo zapošljavanje pomenutih 60 lica u svojstvu pripravnika, koja su završila Policijsku akademiju u Danilovgradu, a čije zapošljavanje nije moglo biti predviđeno Kadrovskim planom iz opravdanih razloga. Adžić i Laković u saopštenju navode da posebno ohrabruje spremnost Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova da XII generacija Policijske akademije što prije započne svoj radni angažman.
