UŽIVO Knežević: Ako je Kandić vozio službeni auto mrtav pijan sa rotacijama, mora odmah da podnese ostavku i krivično odgovara (VIDEO)
Članovi odbora za bezbjednost i odboranu pokušaće danas, tokom kontrolonog saslušanja ministra unutrašnjih poslova Sergeja Sekulovića, vršioca dužnosti direktora Uprave policije Zorana Brđanina i tužioca Osnovnog državnog tužilaštva u Podgorici Vukašina Radonjića, da dobio odgovor na pitanje ko je vozio Vladin automobil kada je nedavno došlo udesa.
Predsjednik Odbora Milan Knežević /DF) je rekao da je cilj kontrolnog saslušanja da se uradi sve da se zloupotrebe službenih položaja, koje su kritikovali kada je neko drugi bio na vlasti, ne dešavaju u “ovom tranzicionom periodu kada je navodno osvježilo”.
“Pitam gospodina Radonjića i Brđanina da li je 25. decembra na bulevaru Sv Petra Cetinjskog i Milja Perović u svojstvu službenika Ministarstva odbrane izazvao saobraćajnu nesreću a onda je predstavljano da jevozilom upravljao njegov rođak Lazar. Kada sam ja objavio snimke vidjelo se da je u vozilu bio samo Miljan Perović. da li je odbio alkotestiranje? Da li je intervenisano da se slučaj zataška? Da li se vodi postupak protiv policajaca na licu mjesta, protiv tužioca koji je radio uviđaj i da li se protiv policijaca saobraćajnih vodi postupak jer su navodno meni dostavili snimak?”, pitao je Knežević.
Tražio je da mu se objasni zbog čega je u jednom slučaju krivično djelo, a u drugiom prekršaj.
“Da li ste sa sigurnošću utvrdili da je ovo vozilo generalnog sekretarijata vlade i da li su od 2. maja obezbijeđeni video snimci.
“Ko je i kako vršio pritisak na porodicu Popović koja je oštećena u ovom slučaju? Jedan od članova porodice tvrdi da neko želi nešto da zataška”.
“Ako je Kandić vozio mrtav pijan slkužbeno vozilo, koristeći rotacije, on treba krivično da odgovora i odmah bude smijenjen, ali isto treba da odgovara i Miljan Perović”, kazao je Knežević
“Da nije bilo vozilo Sekretarijata Vlade, nego neko drugo, sve bi se odmah utvrdilo. Ovako ne možemo ništa da utvrdimo. Moraćemo da angažujemo Herkula Poaroa. E pa moramo svi biti jednaki pred zakonom”, kazao je Knežević.
Tom prilikom je utvrđeno da je jedna od dvije osobe u Vladinom automobilu bila alkoholisana, ali se ne zna da li je u pitanju Vladin službenik Nikola Kandić, koji duži Vladino vozilo, i vozio automobil.
Ministar policije Sergej Sekulović je kazao da u noći kada se desio udes nije moglo da se utvrdi ko je bio vozač, oba su imala alkohol, i ne moežete oba lica lišiti slobode.
“Pitanje potencijalnog prikrivanja je isprtavno, naša je obaveza da do toga ne dođe. Naložio sam unutrašnjoj kontroli da provjeri postupnaje policijskih službenika”, kazao je Ministar Sekulović.
“Kao što imamo pravo da spriječimo prikrivanje, isto ne bismo trebali da pravimo javno suđenje od ovog slučaja. Postoji odredba da je neko kriv tek kada se to utvrdi pravosnažnom sudskom odlukom”, kazuao je. Pojasnio je da su tablice jednom promijenjene.
“Rekao sam već da sam moguće bio neoprezan i potpisao nekoliko takvih zahtjeva koje dolaze sa obrazloženjem i od tada sam mnogo oprezniji. Na indirektan način mogu da se osjećam odgovornim ako neko zloušpotrijebi civilne tabilece, kazao je Sekulović.
Za Tužilaštvo nema sumnje da je državnim vozilom upravljao zamjenik genralnog sekretara Vlade, Nikola Kandić, jer je više svjedoka potvrdilo da je on izašao iz vozila, kazao je danas tužilac Vukašin Radonjić, tokom kontrolnog saslušanja pred Odborom za bezbjednost i odbranu.
“U dosadašnjem toku istrage smo utvrdili da je vozilo “mercedes” koje je učestovalo u udesu u vlasništvu Vlade, da je dato na korištenje Nikoli Kandićui, zamjeniku generalnog sekratira Vlade i njegovom vozaču Aleksi Ćiroviću koji ima ugovor na četiri mjeseca za upravljanje vozilom”, kazao je Radonjić.
Rekao je i da je tužilaštvo dobilo Pravilnik o korištenju službenih vozila, koji kaže da službenici mogu da ga koriste do završetka radne obaveze i dobili su sve putne naloge.
“Bitno je da smo pokušali da pribavimo snimke vieo nadozora, pa smo sa Palade dobili video snimak i sa prarkinga lokalnog preduzeća Pariking servis, dok snimke sa gradskih kamera nismo dobili jer nisu u funkciji.
Ključni dokaz je snimak sa Parkinga na kojem se vidi da vozilo u kojemm su bili Popovići na zeleno svjetlo ulazi u raskrsnicu, a da je u njega udarilo Vladino vozilo kojim je upravljao Kandić.
Pretpostavja se da nisu mogli obojica ući na zeleno, te pretpstavljamo da je Vladino vozilo ušlo na crveno, ali smo radi dokaza tražili plan rada seminara”, ispričao je tužilac Radonjić.
Dodao je da treba utvrditi da li postoji osnov sumnje za prekršajno ili krivčno djelo.
“Iz personalnih dokaza nije utrđeno da je bilo ko na licu mjesta mijenjao tablice”, rekao je.
On se nije mogao izjasniti o napuštanju lica mjesta, jer je to u nadležnosti policije.
Napuštanje mjesta nezgode može biti krivčno djelo nepružanja pomoći povrijeđenom u udesu, it tužilaštvo i to razmatra.
“Tužilašptvo razmatra više krivičnih djela, jer ako je neko tvrdio da nije vozio, a mi utvrdimo da jeste, ima osnova za krivično djelo”, rekao je.

Inicijativu za kontrolno saslušanje podnio je poslanik Socijaldemokratske partije Raško Konjević. Saobraćajna nezgoda, u kojoj je učestovalo vozilo Generalnog sekretarijata Vlade, dogodila se 2. maja u Podgorici.
