Vlada predlaže ograničenje cijene hljeba na 50 centi
Ministarstvo ekonomskog razvoja predložiće na sjutrašnoj sjednici Vlade ograničavanje cijene hljeba na 50 centi i raspodjelu 70 hiljada litara ulja najugroženijima, što bi, kako je saopštila državna sekretarka Milena Lipovina Božović, uz još neke mjere koje se pripremaju, uticalo na stabilizaciju cijena osnovnih životnih namirnica. Ekonomski analitičar Vasilije Kostić kaže da je uzrok rasta cijena korona kriza, koja je uticala na globalni poremećaj tržišta i smanjenu proizvodnju.
Vlada očekuje od trgovačkih lanaca da smanje marže i time doprinesu stabilizaciji cijena.
Neke zemlje Evropske unije imaju zakone kojima se u kriznim vremenima ograničava široka lepeza cijena osnovnih životnih namirnica.
Ministarstvo ekonomskog razvoja pred Vladu će sjutra sa konkretnim predlozima.
Cilj je stabilizacija cijena, ali ne i ugrožavanje tržišta i prodavaca.
TVCG podsjeća da je, kada je proglašena mjera poremaćaja na tržištu zbog korone nabavke velikog kontingenta pšenice, nabavljeno i ulje u ambalaži od tri litra.
“Nekih 70.000 litara ulja u bidonima od po tri litra. Ono što ćemo predložiti Vladi sad odmah u četvrtak to je da se ulje upiše kao državna imovina i podijeli socijalno ugroženim kategorijama”, navela je Lipovina Božović.
Da je korona glavni uzrok rasta cijena smatra i ekonomski analitičar Vasilije Kostić.
Generalni sekretar Unije slobodnih sindikata podržava Vladu u traženju rješenja kako da stabilizuje cijene, posebno osnovnih životnih namirnica.
Razlozi svakako leže i u strukturalnosti crnogorske privrede.
