DIREKTORICA ASK-a: Stanovi po povlašćenim uslovima nisu problematični, ja sam svoj zaradila (VIDEO)
Direktorica Agencije za antikorupciju Jelena Perović, kazala je danas tokom sjednice skupštinskog Odbora za antikorupciju da stanovi koji su dijeljeni funkcionerima i pojedinima zaposlenim u pravosuđu “nijesu problematični”, te da, kako je rekla, predstavljaju vid stimulacije za predan rad.
Prema javno dostupnim podacima, Perovićeva je na Cetinju po povoljnim uslovima kupila stan u izgradnji za 32.000 eura kao zaposlena u Osnovnom sudu u prestonici. Međutim, ona je imovinska prava, kako piše u imovinskim izvještajima, prije završetka gradnje i useljenja u tu zgradu prodala za 73.100 eura.
Perović je, odgovarajući na pitanje članova Odbora, u vezi stana koji je ona dobila po povlašćenim uslovima, rekla da ga je dobila nakon 20 godina rada u pravosuđu.
“To što sam ja dobila stan poslije 20 godina u pravosuđu, nije sramota, nego ponos, i to je poziv svima da predano rade u pravosuđi i državnim organima i da će dobiti određeni vid stimulacije kao što je to”, kazala je Perović.
Kako je rekla, to što je ona prodala stan koji je dobila na Cetinju jer je tamo bila zaposlena, a ne živi na Cetinju, ne znači da je prekršila zakon.
“Nijesma ga prekršila, i nijesam nemoralno postupila zbog toga što sam prodala stan na Cetinju i kupila sebi stan u Podgorici gdje živim sa porodicom.
Takvi stanovi nijesu problematični iz mogu ugla. Zaista ne vidim razlog zbog kojeg bi mene vi ili bilo ko ko misli kao vi natjerali da živim u gradu u kome nijesam živjela i gdje sam radila određeni broj godina”, kazala je Perović.
Ona je rekla da je Savjet Agencije “započeo priču o stanovima” još 2019. godine i da je formirana radna grupa koja je uradila izmjene propisa vezanih za dodjelu stanova, izmjene su usvojene, ali Vlada nije odluku stavila van snage iako je imala vremena od formiranja nove Vlade do danas.
“Mi smo tim povodom dali mišljenje zbog čega to mora biti urađeno, i koji su to korupcijski rizici konkretni u vezi sa primjenom odluke o dodjeli stanova”, kazala je Perović.
