Nevakcinisanima zabraniti javni prevoz, ulazak u tržne centre, restorane…
Vakcinacija i “diskriminacija” nevakcinisanih, poput ograničavanja kretanja, zabrane upotrebe javnog prevoza i taksija, ulaska u ugostiteljske objekte, tržne centre, javne ustanove… trebalo bi da bude jedini fokusirani odgovor na epidemiju koronavirusa, kazao je u intervjuu Pobjedi Nemanja Radojević, specijalista sudske medicine, koji je tokom prvog talasa epidemije bio član Kriznog medicinskog štaba.
Radojević je poručio da promocija vakcinacije u Crnoj Gori nije na adekvatnom nivou niti je politika prema nevakcinisanima dovoljno stroga.
Iako, kako ističe Radojević, imunizacija ne može biti obavezna, zaposleni u prosvjeti, zdravstvu, policiji, pravosuđu, kao i u javnoj upravi, zatim oni koji rade u trgovini, ugostiteljstvu i javnom prevozu mogu se usloviti izborom između vakcinacije ili neplaćenog odsustva sa posla dok se epidemija ne završi.
“Moje mišljenje sam već nekoliko puta javno iskazao, odnosno – danas, kada su različite vrste vakcina dostupne, smatram da promocija vakcinacije i “diskriminacija” nevakcinisanih (ograničavanje kretanja, pristupa i sl.) treba biti jedini fokusirani odgovor na epidemiju. Restriktivne mjere su imale smisla na početku epidemije kada se nije znalo dovoljno o bolesti, kada sistem nije imao dovoljno opreme i zaštitnih sredstava i kada nije postojala vakcina. Sada to nije slučaj i društvo, makar onaj prosvijećeni dio, ne može biti talac antivaksera, praznovjerja i zabluda nevakcinisanih”, kazao je Radojević.
“Konvencije o ljudskim pravima, kao civilizacijske tekovine, jasne su po pitanju obavezne vakcinacije. Vakcinacija ne može biti obavezna, ali određeni sektori mogu ograničiti rad ili pristup nevakcinisanim osobama, što je u skladu i sa praksom Evropskog suda za ljudska prava. Ja donekle mogu razumjeti medicinskog laika u vidu niskoobrazovane osobe koja vjeruje da će vakcinacijom biti ,,čipovana“, da će postati neplodna, ili šta već, što je sve vjerovatno u skladu sa njenim zabludama i praznovjerju i po drugim pitanjima, ali zdravstveni radnik koji je odbio vakcinaciju je, po meni, vrlo upitnog opšteg medicinskog znanja, što je za posebnu brigu zdravstvenih vlasti”, kaže on.
Kako dodaje, kompletan javni sektor (prosvjeta, zdravstvo, policija, pravosuđe, javna uprava i sl.), kao i sve uslužne djelatnosti (trgovina, ugostiteljstvo, javni prevoz i sl.) se može usloviti izborom između vakcinacije ili neplaćenog odsustva sa posla dok se epidemija ne završi.
Ovdje prosto mora postojati snažan i jasan cilj države da se dostigne veoma visok procenat vakcinisanih u populaciji, kada već svijest stanovništva nije na nivou razvijenih društava.
