Afera pranja 20 miliona trese Albaniju, pominje se i Đukanović
U transkripitima objavljenim u junu se navodi da je Tači intervenisao kod Đukanovića i da je koristio "predsjednikovu banku" za transfer, a da je banka uzimala proviziju.
Nekadašnji albanski naftni tajkun, Rezart Tači, pomenuo je crnogorskog predsjednika Mila Đukanovića u slučaju sumnjivih milionskih isplata, o kojima italijanska i albanska policija vode istragu.
Tači se, kako prenose albanski mediji, udružio sa grupom italijanskih državljana radi transfera oko 20 miliona eura na račune albanskih banaka, kako policija u Italiji ne bi blokirala taj novac.
Za operacije međunarodnih isplata novca, prema transkrpitima Tačijevih prisluškivanih razgovora, albanski biznismen intervenisao je kod Đukanovića, prenosi RTCG.
Ova afera pranja novca danima je jedna od vodećih tema u albanskim medijima.
U transkripitima objavljenim u junu se navodi da je Tači intervenisao kod Đukanovića i da je koristio “predsjednikovu banku” za transfer, a da je banka uzimala proviziju.
“Rezart Tači intervenisao je kod predsjednika Crne Gore Mila Đukanovića. Kod njega je intervenisao za transfer iz “predsjednikove banke”, koja bi takođe dobijala sopstveni iznos novca kada se transfer završi”, prenijeli su albanski portali “dosja.al”, kao i “cna.al”.
Ti portali donose transkripte prisluškivanih razgovora Tačija, gdje se vidi da on pominje crnogorskog predsjednika u kontekstu intervencije za obavljanje međunarodnih novčanih isplata.
“Danijele:… sad sam bio na telefonu sa njim da dogovorimo sastanak… .četvrtak, popodne… doći će u Tiranu… zato se nisam javio, zvao me predsjednik Bosne… ne izvini, Crne Gore. Otvoriće račun…”, citira se transkript.
Javno tužilaštvo u Palermu dalo je nalog da se blokira 20 miliona eura, zbog sumnje da se radi o međunarodnom pranju novca. Uhapšen je Frančesko Zumo, poznati građevinar iz Palerma, za koga rimska “Republika” piše da je povezan sa mafijaškom Koza Nostrom i da je pokušao da iznese novac iz Italije kako bi izbjegao policijsko-tužilački postupak i oduzimanje imovine.
Takođe je uhapšen i Fabio Petrucela, računovođa, optužen da je prenio Zumovu imovinu na teritoriju Albanije da bi se izbjegla primjena naloga za konfiskaciju.
Ranije je policija uhapsila i dvije osobe, bliske Tačiju, zbog sumnje da su učestvovali u pranju novca i time prisvojili više od 18,3 miliona eura. Dvojica uhapšenih su Tačijev bivši tjelohranitelj i zet koji posjeduju nekoliko kompanija u Albaniji. Albanski mediji prenijeli su da su uhapšena dva lica, A.B. i B.L. dok je za Tačijem raspisana potjernica.
Njih trojica su okrivljeni da su sarađivali sa Zumom i Petrucelijem. Albansko specijalno tužilaštvo i Direktorat za borbu protiv mafije, odjeljenje iz Palerma, vode paralelno istrage o ovom slučaju.
Grupa italijanskih i albanskih državljana, kako se ukazuje, organizovali su ilegalnu međunarodnu isplatu novca u nekoliko stranih država, a radi pranja novca.
Tači je, inače, godinama poznat po poslovanju u naftnoj industriji, svojevremeno se smatralo da je bio najbogatiji čovjek u Albaniji. Bio je vlasnik firme “Tači oil”, odnosno lanca benzinskih pumpi u Albaniji.
Jedno vrijeme, Tači je bio vlasnik italijanskog fudbalskog kluba Parma. Takođe, pregovarao je o kupovini Fudbalskog kluba Milan u vrijeme kada je njegov vlasnik bio raniji italijanski premijer Silvio Berluskoni.
