AKCIJA POLICIJE: UHAPŠEN R.V. (34)
Nakon sprovedenih vještačenja osumnjičeni lišen slobode i priveden nadležnom tužiocu uz krivičnu prijavu zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio KD neovlašćena proizvodnja držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga.
Službenici Uprave policije – Centra bezbjednosti Nikšić su u sadejstvu sa službenicima Odsjeka za borbu protiv droge, nakon sprovedenih vještačenja u Forenzičkom centru prikupili dovoljno dokaza te danas, 23.02.2016. godine, lišili slobode lice R.V. (34) iz Nikšića zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo neovlašćena proizvodnja, držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga.
Naime, službenici CB Nikšić su, preduzimajući mjere i radnje na otkrivanju, sprečavanju i suzbijanju ulične prodaje narkotika, 08. 11. 2016. godine su u Ulici Borislava Pekića zaustavili putničko motorno vozilo marke ,,Audi A3“, nikšićkih registarskih oznaka u kojem se na mjestu suvozača nalazio R.V. koji se tom prilikom dao u bjekstvo i kojeg su policijski službenici ubrzo sustigli. Pregledom lica mjesta u neposrednoj blizini ovog lica, pronađena je kesa u kojoj se nalazilo pakovanje sa sadržajem biljne materije tamnozelene boje za koju se osnovano sumnja da je opojna droga marihuana ukupne mase oko jednog kilograma.
Pronađena materija koja je tom prilikom izuzeta je poslata Forenzičkom centru Danilovgrad radi vještačenja.
U saradnji sa službenicima Forenzičkog centra Danilovgrad prikupljeni su dokazi koji upućuju na osnovanu sumnju da je R.V. počinio navedeno krivično djelo.
Osumnjičeni će danas, nakon lišenja slobode, uz krivičnu prijavu biti priveden Državnom tužiocu u Višem državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici na dalju nadležnost zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo neovlašćena proizvodnja, držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga.
