BAKA JELENA PLANINARI U 97-OJ: Svaka tura, jedna godina života!
Učiteljica u penziji i članica Planinarskog društva “Železničar” Jelena Minardi (97) iz Niša nedavno je učestvovala u tradicionalnom usponu planinara na vrh Crnook kraj Bosilegrada, a planira da krajem septembra učestvuje u pohodu na Oštru čuku pored Sokobanje.
Minardijeva ima 97 godina, a planinarenjem se bavi šest decenija tokom kojih je učestovala u više stotina planinarskih akcija – osvojila je Mon Blan, Gran Paradizo i brojne druge vrhove širom Evrope i bivše SFRJ, pretrčala fruškogorski maraton dug 60 kilometara.
“Zavoljela sam planinarenje radeći u školi sa izviđačima. Osvježim se kada idem na planinu. Na otvorenom se čovjek osjeća divno, život mu se produžava, svaki pohod produžava život za godinu dana”, kazala je za Betu.
Iako ne baš najboljeg zdravlja, Jelena Minardi koristi svaku priliku da sa sinom Slobodanom (69), fizijatrom u penziji, ode na neku od planina na jugu Srbije.
“Posebno volim Radan planinu, to je jedna tako živa planina i ta voda koja žubori pored vodenica tako očarava i osvježava”, rekla je Minordijeva.
Da bi bila u dobroj kondiciji, ona svakodnevno šeta najmanje jedan sat i poručuje svima da su boravak u prirodi i fizička aktivnost ključ za dugovječan život.
“Mladi treba da se priključe planinarima umjesto što sjede u kafićima. Družili bi se sa vršnjacima, a uz to bi se i rekreirali i odmarali mozak od svakodnevnih briga i problema”, naglasila je Jelena Minardi.
Ona ističe da će učestvovati u planinarskim akcijama sve “dok je noge nose”, mada, dodaje, to više nije tako jednostavno.
Nekada su, prema njenim riječima, planinari imali velike popuste za vožnju željeznicom i autobusima tako da su mogli da putuju svuda po svijetu gdje god bi poželjeli.
