BUDVANSKI TAKSISTI NAJAVILI HAOS: Blokada ako se ne zavede red
Taksi udruženja, njih sedam, kao i stotinu samostalnih taksi prevoznika, najavili su generalni štrajk trećeg avgusta, kada će u podne blokirati na sat, plato ispred zgrade Skupštine opštine Budva.
Oni će parkirati vozila duž desne trake od ulaza u Budvu, bulevarom do Opštine.
Zahtijevaju da lokalna vlast konačno sa ulica ukloni nelegalne taksi prevoznike, te omogući rad onima koji redovno izmiruju sve obaveze.
Jedan od ključnih zahtjeva je i da se smanje dažbine za zakup mjesta na taksi stajalištima.
Individualni taksi prevoznici su prije dvije sedmice održali štrajk upozorenja ispred zgrade Opštine, ali od tada, ni jedan od zahtjeva nije im ispunjen.
Za štrajk su obaviješteni gradonačelnik Lazar Rađenović, Centar bezbjednosti Budve, Sekretarijat za gradsku infrastrukturu i za privredu i finansije.
Iz štrajkačkog odbora su najavili da će protestovati svakog dana do ispunjenja zahtjeva.
U zahtjevu koji potpisuju vlasnici taksi udruženja – “Terrae”, “Hallo”, “Sany”, “Vip”, “OK” “Palm“ i “Bane trade”, piše da će blokada vozilima biti od 12 do 13 časova.
“Štrajk će trajati do sporazuma nadležnih službi i štrajkačog odbora ili dok odlučimo tako”, saopšteno je iz štrajkačkog odbora koji čine Jovan Popović, Dejan Nuculović, Predrag Roganović, Veselin Marković i Žarko Peković.
Oni su predložili da novčana naknada za taksi stajališta iznosi 280 eura narednih pet godina, pored svih ostalih dažbina, koje moraju da izmire Opštini i državi.
“Tražimo da se taksi kompanijama i samostalnim preduzetnicima, koji redovno izmiruju obaveze, obezbijedi nesmetano korišćenje stajališta koja su dodijeljena rješenjima o privremenoj lokaciji”, naveli su u zahtjevu.
Zatražili su da Sekretarijat za privredu i finansije javno objavi na internet stranici podatke o izdatim licencama i izvodima na teritoriji opštine, kako je to i predviđeno Zakonom o slobodnom pristupu informacijama.
Oni zahtijevaju i da se svako nelegalno vozilo bezuslovno skloni sa ulice, a pojedinci sankcionišu u skadu sa zakonom.
Bez licence, ako ne prođu provjere
Taksisti zahtijevaju od Sekretarijata za privredu i finansije da oduzme licence za obavljanje prevoznicima koji nijesu prošli provjeru i usklađenost sa novom odlukom po isteku osmog avgusta.
„Da se smanji postojeća cijena polaganja za taksi legitimaciju za 50 odsto. Štrajkački odbor će u vrijeme trajanja protesta obezbijediti minimum procesa rada, tako što će prevoz obavljati iz svake taksi kompanije određeni broj vozila“, navode iz štrajkačkog odbora.
