CRNOGORAC uhapšen u Francuskoj: Krađe, oružje, eksploziv
Mojkovčanin Velibor Topović (35), nastanjen u Herceg Novom, uhapšen je u francuskom gradu Nim zbog dvije teške krađe i nedozvoljenog držanja oružja i eksplozivnih materija.
Za Topovićem je NCB Interpol Podgorica raspisao međunarodnu potjernicu zbog navedenih krivičnih djela i potraživao se radi izdržavanja kazne zatvora u trajanju od dvije godine i dva mjeseca, po presudi Osnovnog suda u Herceg Novom.
“NCB Interpol Podgorica je NCB Interpol-u Pariz prethodno dostavio operativna saznanja da se Topović krije na teritoriji Francuske. Na osnovu navedenih informacija došlo je do lociranja i hapšenja Topovića”, saopšteno je iz Uprave policije.
Slijedi komunikacija nadležnih organa dvije države u vezi sa ekstradicijom Topovića Crnoj Gori.
