Crnogorci zadovoljni kvalitetom, nema primjedbi ni na cijene mobilnih usluga
Građani u Crnoj Gori zadovoljni su elektronskim komunikacionim uslugama koje im pružaju operatori u našoj državi. Naime, istraživanje koje je sprovela Agencija za elektronske komunikacije i poštansku djelatnost (EKIP) u saradnji sa agencijom za ispitivanje javnog mnjenja “Damar plus”, pokazalo je da je većina građana zadovoljna kvalitetom elektronskih komunikacionih usluga, kao i njihovim cijenama.
Kvalitetom usluga fiksne telefonije generalno je zadovoljno 82,2 odsto ispitanika. Najviši stepen zadovoljstva korisnika uslugama fiksne telefonije vezan je za lokalne čak 83,3 odsto i međugradske pozive 80,6 odsto.
Crnogorci su zadovoljni i kada su cijene lokalnih i međugradskih poziva u pitanju, dok je cijenama usluga u fiksnoj telefoniji zadovoljno 72,6 odsto ispitanika. Primjetan je višegodišnji trend pada broja prijavljenih smetnji u korišćenju usluga fiksne telefonije, a zadovoljstvo brzinom otklanjanja prijavljenih smetnji izrazilo je 75,4 odsto korisnika. Većina ispitanika nema primjedbi ni na cijene mobilnih usluga.
“Cijenama mobilnih usluga zadovoljno je 63,6 odsto ispitanika. Korisnici mobilnih usluga u Crnoj Gori, kada su u pitanju cijene pojedinih usluga, najveći stepen zadovoljstva iskazuju cijenama telefonskih poziva (63,9 odsto) i SMS poruka (60,2 odsto)”, navodi se u saopštenju EKIP-a.
Dodaje se i da je prisutan porast broja korisnika rominga i onih koji u romingu koriste usluge interneta. Istraživanje je pokazalo trend blagog porasta broja građana Crne Gore koji prate TV programe preko nekog od provajdera. Tako, TV programe preko provajdera prati 78,5 odsto, dok 15,8 odsto anketiranih TV program prati putem besplatnog terestrialnog signala. Kvalitetom slike koju pruža TV provajder zadovoljno je 92,5 odsto ispitanika.
Broj građana Crne Gore koji imaju mogućnost da u domaćinstvu koriste internet je u porastu i sada 70,4 odsto populacije ima takvu mogućnost.
