Crnogorski Forenzički centar prepoznat kao respektabilan partner koji doprinosi borbi protiv svih oblika kriminala
Direktor Uprave policije Zoran Brđanin sastao se sa načelnicima forenzičkih centara iz Republike Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine – državna laboratorija, Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine – Republike Srpske i Republike Sjeverne Makedonije, u okviru Šeste regionalne konferencije iz oblasti forenzike koja se održava danas i sjutra u Podgorici, saopšteno je iz Uprave policije.
Kako su naveli, ovaj događaj organizovan je u saradnji Misije OEBS-a u Crnoj Gori i Forenzičkog centra Uprave policije, a osim navedenih predstavnika, u online formatu na konferenciji učestvuju i predstavnici Republike Slovenije i Republike Hrvatske.
Regionalni događaj potvrda je da se istrajno i kontinuirano radi na unapređenju operativne saradnje u oblastima razmjene operativno forenzičkih informacija, kao i razmjene znanja i iskustava iz savremenih forenzičkih tehnika i tehnologija, a sve u borbi protiv prekograničnog organizovanog kriminala.
Prilikom susreta sa načelnicima direktor Brđanin je istakao „Uprava policije u saradnji sa međunarodnim partnerima kontinuirano radi na unapređenju kapaciteta Forenzičkog centra, te ide u korak sa najsavremenijim standardima“.
„Crnogorska policija je posvećena pospješivanju zajedničkog djelovanja u suočavanju sa svim bezbjednosnim izazovima, i otvorena ka daljem unapređenju saradnje, kako na bilateralnom tako i regionalnom nivou”, kazao je Brđanin.
Iz Uprave policije podsjećaju, početkom godine donirana je oprema od strane ICITAP kancelarije u Podgorici u cilju podrške izgradnje policijskih kapaciteta i adekvatne implementacije LIMS sistema – informacionog sistema koji zaposlenima omogućava efikasan rad na prikupljanju, analizi selekcije, obradi uzoraka, rezultatima pretrage i vođenju evidencije o utrošku materijala.
Osim navedenog, ističu, u prethodnoj godini je od strane Francuske doniran i sistem za balističko prepoznavanje Evrofinder, te su održane obuke službenika za korišćenje ovog i Traffic sistema, dok je Misija OEBS-a u Crnoj Gori pružila podršku u obnavljanju softverskih licenci, dodatnog opremanja Forenzičkog centra kao i organizaciji ovog važnog regionalnog događaja.
