CRVENI METEO ALARM: Vjetar ORKANSKE jačine i EKSTREMNO NISKE temperature
Zavod za hidrometeorologiju i seizmologiju objavio je za danas i sjutra crveni meteoalarm, uz upozorenje da se na cijeloj teritoriji države očekuje vjetar orkanske jačine i ekstremno niske temperature.
“Vjetrovito i veoma hladno. U južnim predjelima promjenljivo oblačno sa sunčanim intervalima, a na sjeveru oblačno, povremeno slab snijeg ili mećava. Vjetar sjeverni i sjeveroistočni, pojačan i veoma jak, na udare povremeno olujne, ponegdje i orkanske jačine. U Podgorici promjenljivo oblačno sa sunčanim intervalima, vjetrovito i veoma hladno. Vjetar pojačan i jak, na udare olujne, povremeno moguće i orkanske jačine, sjeveroistočni”, navodi se u saopštenju Zavoda za hidrometeorologiju i seizmologiju.
Prema ranijim najavama, na sjeveru se očekuju jutarnje temperature oko -28 stepeni Celzijusovih, dok će se u Podgorici jutarnja temperature spustiti na -11 uz veoma jak sjeverni vjetar.
Crveni alarm znači upozorenje na vrlo opasne vremenske pojave. Prognozirane opasne vremenske pojave javljaju se izuzetno rijetko, a takvog su intenziteta da mogu uzrokovati veliku materijalnu štetu i biti vrlo opasne po ljude i životinje. Savjetuje se povećan oprez te stalno praćenje vremenske prognoze. Obavezno poštovanje savjeta i uputstava nadležnih državnih službi.
Institit za javno zdravlje upozorio je juče građane da bez prijeke potrebe ne izlaze napolje po hladnoći zbog velikog rizika po zdravlje.
“Posebno rizičnoj grupi pripadaju stari i djeca koji su osjetljiviji na djelovanje niske temperature. Takođe se savjetuje oboljelim od srčanih bolesti kao i respiratornih bolesti izbjegavanje izlaganja niskim temperaturama, naročito u ranim jutarnjim i večernjim satima”, saopšteno je juče iz Instituta.
Osnovna preporuka je izbjegavanje izlaska po hladnoći, sem u situacijama kada je to neophodno. Pri izlasku iz kuće potrebno je zaštiti glavu kapom, preporučuje se od vune,usta i nos zaštititi šalom, kako se ne bi direktno udisao ledeni vazduh, dok lice i ruke treba zaštititi masnom kremom, i rukavicama dodatno.
Od posebnog je značaja izabrati odgovarajuću odjeću i obuću. Savjetuje se oblačenje pamučne i vunjene odjeće u više slojeva. Jakne bi trebalo da budu nepropustljive za vlagu, otporne na uticaj vjetra i hladnoće. Obuća bi trebalo da je udobna, nepropusna za vlagu, sa toplim ulošcima, a obavezno sa gumenim đonom koji onemogućava klizanje.
Savjetuje se da pažljivo birate put kojim hodate, izbjegavajući hodanje po zaleđenim površinama, kako ne bi došlo do klizanja, padova i mogućih lomova.
“Ukoliko ipak dođe do pada, preporuka je da se, u što kraćem vremenskom periodu, obratite najbližoj zdravstvenoj ustanovikako bi se obezbijedila neophodna stručna pomoć”, saopšteno je iz Instituta.
