DAMJANOVIĆ: Ko ne izdaje fiskalne račune, krade državu i građane
Ko god ne izdaje fiskalne račune, krade državu i građane, kaže direktor Uprave prihoda i carina Aleksandar Damjanović, poručujući da će se takvo postupanje strogo kažnjavati. Poziva i građane da prijavljuju sve nepravilnosti i ističe da, ukoliko ne dobiju fiskalni račun, nijesu dužni ni da plate.
“Postoje ozbiljni objekti, ozbiljne plaže u Crnoj Gori, ozbiljni kafići, restorani, šankovi tzv. Koji prikazuju realno manji promet nego onaj što je objektivan.To ćemo beskrupulozno sankcionisati gdje god utvrdimo tu vrstu evazije”, kaže Damjanović TVCG.
Ipak, kaže Damjanović, problem na terenu je mali broj poreskih inspektora.
“30- 40 inspektora tokom turističke sezone ne mogu da snimaju dnevni promet u nekoliko hiljada objekata… Drugim riječima moramo da imamo sistem gdje je svaki građanin, svaki gost svojevrsni inspektor. Da znaju da ukoliko ne traže fiskalni račun i isti im se ne dostavi da su pokradeni i oni pokradene su i njihove plate, penzije”, kaže Damjanović.
Zbog toga su Ministarstvo finansija i Uprava prihoda i carina pripremili i posebnu kampanju usmjerenu na potrošače.
“Ukoliko im se ne dostavi fiskalni račun u objektu za uslugu ili robu oni nisu dužni da plate tu uslugu i tu robu to moraju da znaju i tu svijest moramo da imamo svi. Jedini način da se do kraja ovaj proces sprovede da se do kraja poreske obaveze izmiruju prema državi a da država od tih prihoda završava svoje obaveze od plata, penzija… jeste da svako ima svijest da ukoliko nije dobio fiskalni račun za robu ili uslugu da je pokraden i on i država”, dodaje Damjenović.
Da su građani zainteresovani da prijavljuju nepravilnosti pokazuju podaci na portalu budiodgovoran. Samo tokom jula preko te platforme prijavljeno je 240 slučajeva neizdavanja fiskalnih računa u više crnogorskih gradova.
