DEMOKRATE NAPUSTILE ODBOR: Povući iz procedure zakon koji izaziva međunacionalnu mržnju
Demokratska Crna Gora neće učestvovati u radu Odbora za sveobuhvatnu reformu izbornog i drugog zakonodavstva dok se ne povuče iz procedure Zakon o slobodi vjeroispovijesti, potvrdio je na Odboru poslanik te partije Momo Koprivica.
Nakon toga je sa kolegom Danilom Šaranovićem napustio sjednicu tog radnog tijela. Koprivica je kazao da Zakon izaziva međunacionalnu mržnju i pozvao sve vjerske zajednice na slogu i da se sačuva mir.
Poslanik DPS-a Andrija Nikolić je kazao da su se Demokrate uplašile rezultata javnog mnjenja, pitajući kakve veze ima taj Z akon sa izbornim zakonodavstvom. On je na početku sjednice pitao Demokrate da li je tačno da će poslanici Demokrata napustiti rad Odbora za sveobuhvatnu reformu izbornog i drugog zakonodavstva ako se ne povuče iz procedure Zakon o slobodi vjeroispovijesti, kako je danas najavio lider Demokrata Aleksa Bečić.
Poslanik Demokrata Momo Koprivica je rekao da je opozicija ozbiljno shvatila rad u Odboru i da su predložili 200 institucionalnih i zakonskih rješenja i 16 zakonskih projekata. Istakao je da je opozicija završila svoj posao, dok DPS zvančćno nije predala nijedno rješenje. Predsjednik Odbora Branimir Gvozdenović je ocijenio da je napravljen ozbiljan progres i da smatra da je ovo važna sjednica.
Potpredsjednik Skupštine Genci Nimanbegu je kazao mu je žao što rad Odbora dobija ovu dimenziju i da je izvjesno da to radno tijelo neće završiti rad do 18. decembra. “Poraz je ako u Crnoj Gori nemamo politički dijalog. Pozvao bih sve da se vrate dijalogu”.
Marta Šćepanović (DPS) je rekla da napuštanje Odbora kada su bili na korak od dogovora govori o pravoj namjeri Demokrata.
Nezavisni poslanik Neđeljko Rudović kazao je da su iz vladajuće strukture znali da bi stavljanje tog zakona u proceduru moglo izazvati izlazak Demokrata iz Odbora.
Poslanik SDP Ranko Krivokapić je ocijenio da iz ovakve situacije neće biti nista dobro: “Ko će biti kriv, građani će platiti račun”.
Boris Mugoša (SD) rekao je da je u Odboru bio najveći problem što nije bilo dogovora unutar opozicije. “Izvinjavam se građanima koji vjeruju da posjedujemo političku zrelost”, rekao je Mugoša.
Odbor nije imao kvorum za nastavak rada i razmatranje tačaka dnevnog reda, te je sjednica prekinuta.
