ĐUROVIĆ: Borba sa švercom može u budžet godišnje donijeti 40 miliona eura, skoro pa klinički centar
Aktivnom borbom protiv korupcije, kriminala i šverca Crna Gora može u kratkom roku povratiti više od 1,2 milijardi eura imovine i popuniti budžet za više od 40 miliona godišnje, saopštio je danas potpredsjednik Građanskog pokreta URA Goran Đurović.
“Borba sa švercom cigareta kao i drugih akciznih roba, koji su bili problem ne samo Crne Gore već i EU, može donijeti budžetu dodatnih 40 miliona eura koji se mogu usmjeriti ka rešavanju problema u zdravstvu i školstvu. Da bi građanima bilo jasnije koliko gubimo od šverca dovoljan je podatak da je gradnja jednog Kliničkog centra (Klinički centar u Nišu) koštala 50 miliona eura što znači da smo u proteklih 30 godina mogli izgraditi novi klinički centar, obnoviti većinu bolnica i izvršiti ozbiljne investicije u sistemu obrazovanja”, istakao je Đurović.
Za sve to vrijeme, prema njegovim riječima, Luka Bar je uništavana da bi se mogao odvijati šverc i ako ima neslućeni potencijal da bude ozbiljna luka na Jadranu.
“Imajući u vidu da je samo povratom zemlje „Solane“ u Ulcinju u državno vlasništvo vraćeno preko 250 miliona eura vrijednosti imovine kao i da je to samo jedan u nizu primjera loše privatizacije koja je bila prisutna u skoro svakom gradu u Crnoj Gori lako dolazimo do zaključka da Crna Gora ima mogućnost da povrati preko 1,2 milijardi eura imovine koja joj je na volšeban način oteta”, dodao je potpredsjednik URE.
Kako je istakao, sam proces masovne vaučerske privatizacije je omogućio enormno bogaćenje pojedinaca koji su se krili iza pojedinih investicionih fondova, iskoristivši neznanje i neinformisanost građana, te tako stekli više od 500 miliona eura vrijedne imovine državnih kompanija koju su kasnije prodavali, koristili kao kolateral ili obezvrijedili.
“Ovakvo postupanje prema državnoj imovini zaslužuje pažnju nadležnih organa koji moraju ispitati kako se upravljalo sa tom imovinom i zašto je većina kompanija kojiima su investicioni fondovi upravljali završila u stečaju”, poručio je Đurović.
Kazao je da su građani Crne Gore naviknuti da su šverc, korupcija i kriminal normalne pojave iz čijih fondova se primaju plate i penzije, a istina je suprotna – sve ove godine budžet je bio siromašniji, plate i penzije sve manje, a zaduživanja sve veća.
“Zbog toga borba protiv šverca, kriminala i korupcije ne smije da stane i stoga Građanski pokret URA daje punu podršku nadležnim organima, na čelu sa potpredsjednikom Vlade Dritanom Abazovićem, da istraju u borbi za pravedniju Crnu Goru”, zaključio je Đurović.
