Đurović: Država da preispita davanje dozvola za kondo hotele i program ekonomskog državljanstva
Država mora hitno krenuti sa eliminacijom izdavanja dozvola za kondo hotele i jasno se mora razgraničiti šta je stambena zgrada a šta hotel i URA poziva Vladu Crne Gore da pod hitno reguliše ova pitanja koja su naslijeđena od prethodne vlasti koja je to i omogućila, kazao je danas potpredsjednik URA Goran Đurović.
Kao negativan primjer navodi slučaj davanja dozvole za kondo hotel i uvrštavanje projekta „Liko Soho“ grupe u Baru u program ekonomskog državljanstva, što kako tvrdi Đurović, govori o neophodnosti reformi izdavanja građevinskih dozvola i ekonomskog državljanstva.
„Kondo hotel je bio osmišljen od bivše vlasti da bi omogućio zamajavanje javnosti prividom da se gradi hotel a u stvari se radilo o klasičnoj prodaji apartmana. Zbog takvog modela naša obala je na dosta mjesta devastirana i na prvim linijama mora građeni su famozni kondo hoteli umjesto pravih hotela sa 5 zvjezdica koji bi generisali novu vrijednost i obogatili ponudu Crne Gore“, ističe Đurović.
Dodaje da je ovakav slučaj i sa najavom gradnje kondo hotela u Baru gdje je investitor od bivše vlasti kupio najljepše parče zemlje u gradu po više nego povoljnim uslovima i najavio pompenzno gradnju hotela sa 5 zvjezdica.
„Investitor je tada pompenzno najavio 1200 radnih mjesta od kojih na kraju neće biti ništa. Shema sa kondo hotelom je tom istom investitoru dala mogućnost da radi klasičnu prodaju apartmana i još na to da ih prodaje u sistemu ekonomskog državljanstva“, pojašnjava Đurović.
Ukazuje i da će Bar na ovaj način ostati bez pravog hotela koji mu je prijeko potreban a investitor će, kaže on, prodajom svih 322 jedinici ostvariti strahovit profit.
„Sam program ekonomskog državljanstva takođe mora biti izmijenjen jer je na potpuno neprirodan način omogućeno pojedincima da po višestruko većim cijenama prodaju stanove, kako na primorju tako i na sjeveru države“, naglašava Đurović.
Zaključuje da je interesantno da po navedenom slučaju baš niko iz Opštine Bar nije reagovao iako je sa njim najviše oštećen grad Bar.
