Đurović ispunio preporuke Državne revizorske institucije
Agencija za civilno vazduhoplovstvo (ACV) ispunila je svih 11 preporuka Državne revizorske institucije(DRI) koje su joj date nakon završetka revizije o poslovanju iz 2017. godine. DRI je juče saopštila da je provjerom realizacije preporuka završen cjelokupan proces revizije ACV kojom rukovodi Dragan Đurović.
DRI je dala pozitivno mišljenje na Godišnji finansijski izvještaj ACV za 2017. godinu i uslovno mišljenje na reviziju pravilnost. Revizijom je, između ostalog, bilo utvrđeno da je najniža cijena rada u agenciji definisana u neto iznosu, što nije u skladu sa uputstvom za obračun bruto zarada iz 2011.
“Izmjenom Pravilnika o zaradama, naknadama zarada i ostalim pravima i obavezama zaposlenih u Agenciji izvršeno je usklađivanje sa zakonskim i podzakonskim aktima na način da su naknade zarada utvrđene u visini obračunske vrijednosti koeficijenta umjesto u visini najniže cijene rada”, saopšteno je juče iz DRI.
Kako se dalje navodi, ACV je u propisanom roku dostavila Upravi za imovinu podatke o pokretnoj i nepokretnoj imovini na obrascima, a u izvještaju o sprovedenim postupcima i zaključenim ugovorima o javnim nabavkama za 2018. godinu evidentirala sve ugovore koji su zaključeni u izvještajnom periodu. “Agencija je u izvještaju o sprovedenim nabavkama male vrijednosti za 2018. godinu evidentirala nabavke ukupne vrijednosti od 96.708,04 eura” saopšteno je iz DRI.
