“Ovo je moja i tvoja lična prepreka i za njega i za nas nema više dalje“, napisao je A.K. u jednoj od svojih poruka, a potom je nastavio:
“E ovako ćemo ženo moja glupa, pošto si mutava postala, pare djetetove si potrošila, kupus i druge potrebe djetetu nisi kupila… Zavisi od tebe djetetov život, da li će i nadalje da odrasta uz oca i majku ili je kraj svemu. Ljubim vas i volim”.
Tortura porukama nesrećne žene se nastavila. Poruke su postajale sve nasilnije i A.K. je u njima očigledno prijetio supruzi da će ubiti nju i djecu.
“Ne pišem ti više, i ne zovem te. Kunem se u sva tri djeteta, sve zavisi od tebe da li se kuća zatvara… Kad ja ne valjam, ti ćeš krv da prop**aš zbog djeteta, nećeš da dočekaš Novu godinu… sama ćeš da se uništiš”.
A. K. je već osuđivan zbog nasilja u porodici, a sada se na sudu branio rekavši da ništa od navedenog “nije ozbiljno mislio” i da se kaje.
