“Držali smo se dogovora, a ostali bez funkcija”
Predsjednik Poslaničkog kluba koalicije “Mir je naša nacija”, Boris Bogdanović, ocijenio je da je nepravda da Demokrate kao pojedinačno najjača partija u vladajućoj parlamentarnoj većini nemaju nijednog člana Vlade.
On je kazao da su jedina koalicija bez predstavnika u Vladi i da vjeruje da će je Vlada i njeni ministri uskoro ispraviti.
“Ako je dogovoreni princip da nema partijskih funkcionera na pozicijama ministara i državnih sekretara, onda neka taj princip važi za sve. Međutim, ukoliko je princip da partijski funkcioneri mogu biti državni sekretari, onda neka isti važi za sve pobjedničke koalicije, srazmjerno procentu učešća u parlamentarnoj većini”, rekao je Bogdanović za Vijesti.
Podsjeća da je Demokratska Crna Gora, u kontinuitetu, tokom cjelokupnog pregovaračkog procesa pokazala najveći mogući nivo kooperativnosti, ne želeći da utiče ili se bilo kojim postupkom miješa u posao premijera, uprkos učestalim i, kako je rekao, čestim promjenama metodologije u izboru personalnog sastava izvršne vlasti.
“Sve što je zatraženo od koalicije ‘Mir je naša nacija’ blagovremeno je ispunjeno do posljednjeg slova. Bez obzira na to što je posljednja metodologija kadriranja podrazumijevala princip isključivanja političkih funkcionera iz učešća u Vladi, dakle na pozicijama potpredsjednika, ministara idržavnih sekretara, uz izuzetak lidera URA-e na poziciji potpredsjednika Vlade, mi smo podržali i takav model rukovodeći se prije svega opštim, a ne partijskim interesima”, istakao je on.
Navodi da Demokrate u svojim redovima imaju stručan i kompetentan kadar koji može da odgovore svim pozicijama u sistemu državne uprave, lokalne samouprave i javnih preduzeća.
“Odgovorno tvrdim da je to pravilno i pravedno, a znamo i da je svaka selektivna pravda gora od nepravde. Dakle, ukoliko se držimo usaglašenih principa, dogovor je lak i veoma jednostavan. Svako treba da dobije priliku da predloži stručne kadrove na odgovorne političke pozicije, srazmjerno svojoj političkoj snazi koja je izračunata u poslaničkim mandatima na osnovu izražene volje građana Crne Gore”, kazao je Bogdanović.
