Rađenović osuđen na šest godina zatvora!
Bivši predsjednik Opštine Budva Lazar Rađenović osuđen je na šest godina zatvora, službenica Prve banke Jelica Petričević i Budvanin Vido Rađenović osuđeni su na po šest mjeseci zatvora, dok je bivši menadžer budvanske Opštine Aleksandar Tičić oslobođen optužbi.
Ovu prvostepenu presudu danas je u podgoričkom Višem sudu objavila sutkinja Valentina Pavličić.
Podsjećamo da su doskorašnji gradonačelnik Budve Lazar Rađenović i bivši menadžer tog grada Aleksandar Tičić optuženi su za zloupotrebu službenog položaja, a biznismen Vido Rađenović i bankarka Jelica Petričević za zloupotrebu službenog položaja putem pomaganja.
Lazar Rađenović i Tičić su, tvrde iz Tužilaštva, namjestili su Vidu Rađenoviću da pobijedi na licitaciji za kupovinu zemlje na Košljunu, da to plati kreditom Prve banke za koji su garantovali opštinskim novcem i da se ta ista parcela potom po desetostruko većoj cijeni proda već obezbijeđenom kupcu – Mohamedu Rašidu.
Podsjećamo i da je o kompletnoj aferi u istrazi detaljno pričao Vido Rađenović. On je u završnim riječima na suđenju priznao krivicu i kazao da se kaje.
Vido Rađenović je na jednom od suđenja između ostalog, kazao da su mu Svetozar Marović, Lazar Rađenović i nekadašnji čelnici Prve banke uništili život kada su mu tražili da, zarad njihovog kredita, založi zemlju koju je prethodno već prodao.
Specijalna tužiteljka Lidija Vukčević na kraju suđenja konstatovala je da su se Lazar i Rađenović i Tičić, vodili isključivo ličnim a ne javnim interesima prilikom prodaje zemlje na Košljunu.
