Statis uplatio 411 hiljada eura poreza i preuzeo Maestral
Osim ovoga, država će od iste kompanije dobiti još tri odsto na ime poreza na promet, pišu Dnevne novine.
Istovremeno Monterock, vlasništvo biznismena Petrosa Statisa (Stathis), za Dnevne novine najavljuje da će već do ljeta u hotel investirati od pet do deset miliona eura kao dio prve faze rekonstrukcije hotela, od ukupno planiranih 20 miliona koje će realizovati poslije turističke sezone.
Monterock je prvenstveno kupio 75 odsto vlasništva hotela od slovenačkog HIT-a koji je imao vlasništvo nad 82 odsto imovine.
Preostalih 25 odsto vlasništva kompanija je kupila kroz stečajni postupak vođen u Sloveniji nad kompanijom Diamond koja je ranije bankrotirala. Na kraju je kupoprodajna cijena iznosila preko 31 milion eura, a ukupno sa investicija sa rekonstrukcijom će dostići preko 51 milion eura.
Rekonstrukcija će biti obavljanja u fazama tako da će hotel stalno biti otvoren.
Monterock naglašava da će biti zadržan i stari menadžment Kazina Maestral koji će nastaviti da radi isti posao kao i do sada. Hotel Maestral će tako ubrzo dobiti pet umjesto sadašnjih četiri zvjezdice.
U prvoj fazi biće povećan broj radnika, rekonstruisana stara i dotrajala infrastruktura, SPA centar, ulaz, a nakon sezone pristupiće se i ozbiljnijoj rekonstrukciji soba, takođe u fazama, kako bi se obezbijedilo da hotel bude stalno otvoren.
Dosadašnji generalni menadžer Grand Casino Beograd i kompanije MVI Investments u Srbiji Hristos Cemberas (Hristos Tsemperas) imenovan je krajem novembra za novog direktora hotela Maestral.
Cemberas je dobro poznat u svijetu turizma i ugostiteljstva. Njegova karijera traje preko 30 godina tokom koje je radio na različitim pozicijama u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu.
Potiče iz porodice hotelijera, a bio je angažovan na rukovodećim mjestima u industriji turizma u Grčkoj, Francuskoj, Egiptu i Srbiji.
