Evo koga je Abazović posjetio u spuškom zatvoru
Potpredsjednik Vlade Crne Gore, Dritan Abazović prema nezvaničnim saznanjima portala Dana u spuškom zatvoru posjetio je Ljuba Bigovića.
Podsjećamo, na današnjoj konferenciji povodom slučaja ” Belivuk”, pokrenulo se i pitanje posjete visokopozicioniranom kriminalcu koji se nalazi u spuškom zatvoru.
Povodom toga odgovorio je potpredsjednik Vlade Dritan Abazović.
-Ja sam posjetio viskoko pozicioniranog kriminalca u Spužu povodom jako važnog slučaja koji neko želi da opstruira. Dobio sam pismo. To je u cilju jednog velikog predmeta. Vjerovatno je to i želja. Ako se predmet bude upropastio ja ću reći sve detalje – kazao je Abazović.
On je rekao da neće otkrivati identitet osobe sa kojom je razgovarao.
Ljubo Bigović od ranije je poznat istražnim organima Crne Gore. Dovođen je u vezu sa visokopozicioniranim članovima kotorskih klanova.
Podsjećamo, Vrhovni sud je 2019 godine ukinuo presudu Apelacionog suda od 2015. godine kojom su Saša Boreta, Ljubo Bigović, Ljubo Vujadinović i Milan Šćekić osuđeni zbog ubistva policijskog inspektora Slavoljuba Šćekića.
Optuženima za ubistvo Šćekića suđeno je tri puta. Apelacioni sud je prve dvije presude Višeg suda oborio zbog bitnih povreda odredbi krivičnog postupka i brojnih grešaka.
