Gazdaricu ubo nožem
Sudija za istrage kotorskog suda Špiro Pavićević odredio je juče jednomjesečni pritvor D.K. (38) iz Kotora kome se na teret stavlja krivično djelo nanošenje lakih tjelesnih povreda.
– Osumnjičeni je saslušan po predlogu tužilaštva i nakon što mu je određen pritvor odmah je upućen u zatvor u Spužu – kazao je „Danu” sudija Pavićević.
Prema informacijama policije, D.K. je nakon svađe i prepirke udario gazdaricu Z.V. u čijem stanu živi sa djevojkom u tivatskom naselju Kava. Incident se dogodio 13. maja, oko dva sata poslije ponoći, kada je nakon vike i lomljave došlo do verbalnog konflikte između Kotoranina i Z.V. a potom i do fizičkog kontakta. On je tom prilikom gazdarici nanio udarac šakom i stavio joj nož ispod grla nanijevši joj posjekotinu.
