Istakla je da je Tužilaštvo, zajedno sa Pinkom i “Pobjedom”, organizovalo hajku na nju i njenu porodicu, te da je optužnica izmišljena i monstruozna.
Osim Ljumović, sudi se i ostalim bivšim mendžaerima CKB-a Bosi Tatar, Jelici Petričević, Dubravki Pavićević, Veliši Radunoviću i Gorici Vujisić.
Bivši menadžeri su optuženi za zloupotrebu službenog položaja, a terete se da su odobravali kredite bez pokrića, čime su nanijeli štetu OTP banci, vlasniku CKB, od 6,92 miliona eura.
Optužnica bivše menadžere tereti da su od 2005. do kraja 2007. godine, zloupotrebljavajući položaj i grubim kršenjem ovlašćenja u pogledu upravljanja i raspolaganja imovinom CKB, odobravali kredite i davali garancije preduzećima Dafin Luksemburg, Cattaro investment Luksemburg, Acapulco Podgorica, Niksen-trade Čavor Kotor, Holder broker-diler i Ocean Gold, bez bilo kakvih sredstava obezbjeđenja vraćanja kredita i datih garancija.
